We were Empire customers for almost 20 yrs. We forgave them for mistakes they made installing a new heat pump system (which cost us time & frustration when that system broke down), and for sending out a couple of technicians who were inexperienced and incompetent. We finally found two who were reliable, skilled and helpful. So we always requested one of them for our service, and kept our maintenance agreement with them for many years. After being a customer for that long, they started refusing to send him for appointments. Then they showed their appreciation for our loyalty by trying to double our rate to renew our agreement, all at once, with no explanation. When I complained, they refused to discuss it or negotiate with us, displaying a "take it or leave it" attitude instead. So if you're looking for an H & A company with no loyalty to long-term customers, who will send out ineffective technicians who make critical mistakes, and who will refuse to work with you, Empire is the one.

Everybody at Empire was really great from the first phone call to the final visit. Mike was very nice, professional and knowledgeable and make fast work of fixing my heat and installing a great new programmable thermostat. Also get the service contract. It’s practically pays for itself with the savings you get.

I had a leak in one of my units. Michael was punctual and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I live in a new home and the builder did not tighten a connection that was causing the leak. While he was fixing the issue I asked him about a piece of equipment that I was not familiar with. He took the time to explain it to me and also saw that the Honeywell fresh air ventilation system was in place but the builder never hooked it up to electricity. He took care of that also. I am so thankful to Michael. He is a true professional and outstanding in his field. I will be using Empire for all my HVAC needs.

Same day service was great. Ezekiel was very nice and professional. He answered my many questions & made sure I knew what was going on with our AC. I would definitely recommend Empire, & especially Ezekiel.

I have been using this company for a few years now, and have been very pleased with their work. I recently had the opportunity to work with Ken, who was super knowledgeable and very thorough with his explanations. Obviously no one likes to get their furnace or ac fixed, but it can make it a whole lot better when working with a company with great customer service!

I called Empire to repair or replace a thermostat in a house where my brother and his wife live. Both have mental health issues. I was not able to be at their house while the technician was there. I was concerned that they would get very confused by the process without me being there. David arrived on time and talked to me through Google Duo. He replaced the thermostat. After he was finished, I talked to him again. He explained to my brother how to operate the thermostat while I listened in. I was able to help my brother feel less anxious about the service call. David was professional, patient and represented your company at the highest level. I will strongly recommend Empire because of David’s excellent work.

The installation of the new water heater today by Ken and Ivan of Empire was conducted efficiently, on-time and on schedule, and done very well. Both Ken and Ivan were extremely courteous, patient and friendly. Ken was always ready to answer all of my questions, of which I usually always have lots. Overall it was a very good experience with Empire, and I would recommend them for anyone else with a water heater problem.

My AC went out late one night and I called Empire to schedule a visit. The front office was super nice and helpful, and Cindy returned my call and had someone over to fix my AC the next morning. Ken was friendly and was able to figure out what was wrong with my AC and fix it in no time! Definitely recommend their services!

Charles saved us two times, already!! He's the best HVAC technician,!! In June, our main unit wasn't cooling and quickly he found a small part that a beetle got under and shorted the A/C- he quickly replaced the part and we've been good since. Lately, our realtor, requested her company to look at our furnace on the upstairs unit, which wasn't due for any maintenance yet (we didn't have Charles last season) and found a small crack, they wanted to replace the entire furnace! We asked for Charles to assess the unit and he found that the crack was only in a small part and quickly replaced the piece, and it's now great as well. Charles is so polite, knowledgeable and we feel as if he's a member of our family! Don't hesitate to call Empire and request Charles!!
