I used Empire to diagnose my failed air conditioning system. We were 2 days from the hottest day of the year so far and I was able to call and schedule a visit from their technician on the second day after my call. I had tried a couple of other hvac repair companies and was getting first available days a week or more in the future. Terrance, the Empire technician arrived right on schedule and within a half hour diagnosed my issue (burned out fan motor). He gave me a price quote and said the repair could be done in 2 more days as he had to obtain the motor.

I am very happy with the Empire service and all around experience. I recommend them to others looking for repair of their hvac system.

I arrived home Saturday at 1:00pm to discover our A/C was not functioning (in 90 degree heat).
An Empire representative responded within 10 minutes of leaving a voice message and said a service rep would arrive by 5pm. The technician arrived at 2:30. He was very professional and efficient. He had us back up & running within the hour. Thank you for the continued exceptional service!

As always a great experience with Empire. Our furnace was not working over the weekend, and I was able to get someone (Mike) out to look at it on Monday morning. He quickly diagnosed the issue and made the fix.

Empire is the best! Especially Ken, who came today to do my system maintenance. They installed it in 2012 + with regular maintenance it's still running smoothly. Ken is everything a great technician should be - smart, friendly, personable, with superb knowledge of the system + ability to explain it to a lay person like me. Have used Empire HVAC at our primary residence as well as a rental property for several years. We have always been pleased with their service. I used Empire to install two new systems, one replacing my old one and a new one in the attic to service our upstairs. The team was very professional and knowledgeable. Chris helped walk me through all of my needs and come up with the best solution at a good price and Ken and Devin did an outstanding job with the installation.
