Empire was recommended by a couple of neighbors who used them. I needed a new furnace as ours was having some issues and was 30 years old. The guy who came out to give me a quote was the most thorough of anyone who came out and the price was fair.
The guys who came to do the work were great too!

Have been using Empire for 12 years! Everything they have done for me - two new HVAC units, replacing ducts to finish a basement, and purchasing two heat pumps for our basement - they see cost effective, back every they do and are wonderful to work with. Highly recommend.

Empire was quick to have someone come over to my house to take a look at my furnace, however the quote was way too high to consider using them. Was quoted almost $900 to replace an inducer motor when I found one online for $160 and replaced it myself in about 30 minutes

Almost consistent great service. Appreciate having their annual maintenance contract with 2 annual visits to make sure all is working well and to change filters, if needed. Have recommended them to others. One of two units was installed by them and they have helped prolong the useful life of the other unit.
