Someone recommended this company to me, I'm so HAPPY they did. I was not disappointed. I reached out to him and he gave me a time and day in which he would be at my place of business. He was spot on!! He did such a wonderful job, anytime something goes wrong he will be called first. PRICES WAS VERY REASONABLE. He didn't try to rip me off. Not to mention he has done like 3 repairs for me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!
Robbie went above and beyond to help us replace our HVAC in an old condo building. He worked late into the night trying to help us find a manufacturer who could supply the unit we needed and kept me consistently in the loop. He even hand drew a detailed diagram to help me understand what the situation is with our HVAC so I could communicate with the HOA. While we ultimately were able to find a specialized company who could source the replacement unit quicker, I was so impressed with Robbie’s service and wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to ALH in the future.
Semi Annual Service (Excellent service by the Tech Richard) arrived on time. He explained in details what he did and also he explains what I need to do to insure my systems continue to work efficient. I request for him on my schedule visit every time because of his professional experience and communication and commitment to his work.
Patty answered my call when I was seeking a second opinion about a blower motor replacement for my furnace. She was kind, relatable, and very empathetic. She provided me with a recommendation to have Robert, sales and customer service representative to come and look at my unit. As I had spent close to $1000 on replacement of a part on my AC after 20 days of being in my home. To replace the blower I was looking at another $1000. The previous HVAC company provided poor service as shared in one of my other reviews. Long story short, I replaced the furnace reluctantly and in tears, but if I had not been equipped with the info needed, I might have wasted money on a system repair month over month. I lucked up and obtained great financing through Bank of America. Robert and Patty were responsive and reactive. After 2 weeks without heat and air, Allen and Victor came out and replaced my firnace. They were informative, caring and kind. Thank God for an amazing company such as this. Thank you for all of your care and concern. I would refer them again and again for your HVAC repairs.
Our heat went out overnight and we were unable to reset the system. We called Hobson Heating & Air at 8:00am and they were at the house by Noon. The technician was friendly, courteous and he explained every step of the disgnostic process and repair. He also performed the first inspection and tune up service for both heating & air. Because we enrolled in the yearly maintenance program, the diagnostic and repair was free. We are very satisfied.
Andy Lewis Hobsen is one of the best service companies I’ve worked with in decades of home ownership. I recently had issues with my home warranty company (who did not want to replace a very old and damaged furnace) and ALH went to bat for me!!! They supplied pics and tech notes that really had weight and resulted in the home warranty company reimbursing me for a new furnace. Aside from that they are always friendly and professional- from the operator on the phone to the technicians who come. I highly recommend them!
I had short cycling and my unit would not stay on for more than 5 minutes. I had a routine appointment scheduled for January 31st. I called him to say I was having a problem today. She said she would try to work me in and would call me back. She called back and said I would be seeing this afternoon! Chris came and made some adjustments and the unit was then working. No new parts were needed . The unit is 16 years old and he explained some problems that could occur later. He also told me the estimated costs of certain repairs in the future. He was a very nice and friendly person. He was here about one and a half hours. There was no charge because I was under contract for routine maintenance. :^)
Worst service I have ever received. Recommended by a friend and bought a service contract. The company was not as he said they would be. OVER sold on everything and paid hefty. When things were not cooling as promised, they said it was me, not programming the system correctly. The technician came out and had to call in as he did not even know how to fix the problem with the Ecobee system they installed. Then he wanted me to call Ecobee myself. I had it taken the next day. I realized what a sham it was. On a Friday maintenance visit, the technician did not connect the AC units back on. Whole weekend with home in the high 70's before they came back on Monday. I have never posted a negative review on any business before today. So very disappointed with this company. Hoping to save someone else from this happening to them.
