We had a great experience using Andy Lewis/Hobson Heating & Air. They arrived at scheduled time for service. The technician, Richard Rushing, was very friendly and informative and got both our A/C units up and running within 2 hours of arriving. He had the 2 parts he needed in his van which expedited the service! Very impressed and now have an annual service contract with them.

Seriously impressed! Luis my technician was so knowledgeable and gave amazing tips to keep my system running smoother. I ended up signing a 2 year service agreement with Andy Lewis!

Richard was timely, professional and efficient in the performance of my summer system check-up. He also offered and provided information on other components and promotions ALH was offering.

Service on our heating equipment was perfect; they gave notice ahead of their scheduled visit, called ahead and showed up when they said they would. Their work was very fast and efficient and we will certainly use them again!

Chris from ALH came by to repair my HVAC-AC unit and I could not be happier with the service. He was on time, professional and very helpful. He communicated every step of the repair and did not give up until job was completed. I would recommend this company - they are a keeper!

My 14 year old a/c essentially died, I solicited quotes from 4 companies. ALH was thorough, professional, incredibly responsive and courteous. Their price was very competitive. I went w another company because I wanted diff a/c manufacturer than they offered. I highly recommend this group if u want brands they sell.
