Great service - always responds quickly over the years. Have had service contracts on our home and both of our parents homes. Always professional and trustworthy with us and our parents. Every single service mechanic we have encountered has had patience and helped us with our hvac needs.

Austin Payne replaced part of existing system and did an excellent job. He is prompt, professional and knowledgeable.

ALH and air is the best! Our furnace wasn’t performing as it should and they were able to fit us in to their tight schedule and resolved our issue. The staff is very professional and will do all possible to assist you. I’m so glad ALH is still on the business of fixing heating problems and not just trying to sell new systems.

Bought a new home, the hvac wasn’t balanced properly. One room in the bedroom floor was 10 degrees difference from the next. The builder tried a few times to fix it but Andy Lewis/Hobson was able to figure out the problem and fix it.

The technician they sent, Chris, was fantastic. He called ahead to let me know when he would arrive and he was right on time. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue immediately. He spent time to explain the issue to me and had it fixed in short order. Their pricing is fair and the work was very much appreciated. I intend to use this company again in the future.

Complete amateurs. Needed warranty work on a brand new system they installed, less than 6 months old. They sent someone out without confirming the appointment with me, he calls me from the driveway, fools around with the unit for 5 minutes and says “there was a blue wire that wasn’t connected”, on a system they installed. Still no heat. I tried to schedule another appointment with them, and never got a call back. When I called them again, they said he would be here later this afternoon, which is great because I won't be here. No weekend appointments. Weak. When I called back to cancel the appointment, they said that if anyone else works on the system, that voids our warranty. I don’t think so.

Everyone was polite and professional. Special shout out to Vincent who had to come out multiple times to troubleshoot what turned out to be debris stuck in the coil. It was a real pleasure working working with you, Vincent. Thanks for the honesty and professionalism. Much appreciated!

Austin Payne was the tech that was sent and he was over the top thorough taking care of the problem. He showed me how to operate the newly installed damper and assured me that the problem was fixed. He worked quickly and efficiently and was respectfully clean in my home. His professional conduct was appreciated!!

I called Andy Lewis-Hobson because my AC was running however no cold air was coming out. Once our Service Technician, Aaron Hill arrived, I knew we were in great hands. Aaron made contact with us to discuss the AC issue. During this time, Aaron was engaged in our communication, extremely professional, and very polite. While Aaron worked on our HVAC System he would periodically let us know what the issue was and his approach to fixing the problem. Once the repairs had been completed Aaron explained everything he did and shared importance of having a service agreement on our HVAC System since my warranty would be ending in May 2023. I was so impressed with Aaron. He is truly the best Service Technician I have ever had at any of my properties. If anyone needs HVAC Service, Andy Lewis/Hobson is the only answer. Hopefully you will get to meet Aaron.
