Very professional and easy to work with. Robbie and the others at the office are very good at their job as are the technicians that come out to the house. We've used them for over 5 years now and just replaced one of our HVAC units with them. Highly recommend.

Very reliable, courteous (from initial call to final install), and did what they said. We had another company come out and give us a quote on a compressor replacement and AL was able to evaluate our needs and determine that we did not need a $2,200 compressor but a simple $100 replacement part for our motor. We’ve used AL to perform our bi-annual maintenance since 2016 and they’ve always been reliable and helpful in keeping our systems running great.

Our AC unit has gone out four times in three months. They fixed it for all of three days. Told us it needed to be cleaned and charged us $260 even thought we are still under warranty and cleaning it only fixed the problem for three days.

This is the 2nd time that i have used Andy Lewis/Hobson Heating & Air. I purchased a replacement for my primary system (Heating and Cooling) a couple of years ago. I just had them back out to check out the system as winter approaches. In both situations, the installation and the maintenance, the techs were on time, efficient, took the time to explain everything to me and even visited for a bit. Great guys. Brent was the guy the 2nd time for maintenance and we even talked about my antiquated upstairs system. Great company. Highly recommend.

We have used them for 12 years and they have provided excellent service every time. They offer a service contract that is reasonably priced and provides two visits per year to keep everything well-maintained. And they usually send the same technician so he knows the history of the system.
