Always friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of my time.*Updated Review* 06/2023 - Double my 5 stars for Comfort Zone! Yesterday, after a scheduled maintenance call, as our tech Jay was leaving the neighborhood, he noticed our two small dogs had escaped and were running loose. Not only did he take the time to reach out to the main office so they could call me and alert me, he stayed behind to help wrangle the wayward doggies and only headed on his way after we had secured them both. It was just a few extra minutes (10 tops) and hopefully he was not late to his next call, but service that goes above and beyond has always been my experience with Comfort Zone. They've just added embroidery of the Comfort Zone Hero Team to their company shirts...and they are Hero's for sure! PS. If you're not on their maintenance program, do it! It's a great value & you get to meet their great techs, like Jay, on a regular basis!

We used this company to update out HVAC system a few years back (3), They replaced the A frame and the compressor and evidently not all of the copper lines to the compressor, so my 4 ton unit was only operating as a 3 ton, when they installed the evaporator coil they neglected to align the drip pan under the new one which caused water leaks, nor did they properly seal up the ducting or resize the ductwork correctly. I am now having to replace what they did, to bring the system up to code, and fix the issues. I tried to call them before calling another company and got a recording that said it had been temporarily out of service. I figured they closed. I called another provider that gave me the report of those issues, and why my system was not doing the job. Beware, a low price is not always one over the years. Just my Opinion.
UPDATE 7/18/22 Mikey like them! I called to see if the number still worked.. one last time. Nice lady answered and listened to what call centers refer to as the issue. Then efficiently I was talking the two Oner. Wow!. they said let me make it right. WELL! They did just that, Great work, Sometime you get a bad installer, but I'm a happy camper now that all my airs coming in to the Old ductwork. They seemed to be really interested in Us Boomers. 7-2-23 Update again called comfort zone again to see if their warranty is any good, they came out and changed out the flux capacitor! $30 bucks Mike the service manager was great.

As always I had a great experience with the people and the work that was dumped in my house for the maintenance of my HVAC. The technician was not only an expert in his job but was very customer oriented and helped me to understand what the situation Wass and what he had actually done to rectify it and what I should also be looking out for. When you see customer service of this quality and great experience you always hope and wish that every one else was like this. I want to thank comfort zone and the technician who helped us out here and say that this was an awesome experience.

Charles with Comfort Zone came out today for a routine maintenance check. He found our capacitor needed replacing and fixed it for us under our warranty. He was polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. We will not hesitate to use Comfort Zone again.
