Last summer we had to replace our A/C unit and some ductwork due to shotty work by a previous business. From the front desk to the salesman to the technicians, it went as smooth as possible. Last night, a bad storm rolled through and was likely the culprit of our system not working today. I called around 10:00 a.m. & Lori quickly got on us on the books. We received a phone call when Greg (our tech) was on his way and another when he was 15 minutes out. By 11:00 he was out correcting the issue. Greg professionally explained different options we could take. He was not pushy at all, but I am so glad we opted for him to add a surge protector. Otherwise we would have had no idea there was also a voltage issue which he was also able to fix. So within 2 hours of us calling, we are now nice and cool again! We are also members of the Comfort Club Maintenance program & I cannot say enough nice things about this company. Always professional, show up when they say they will & answer any questions we have. Greg even helped me resolve the issue we were having with the Daikin app.

I called one day to make an appointment, the day of the appointment they said they couldn't schedule after 3:00. I said I don't get off work until 4:00 so I took 3 hours off to get home by 2:00 for a 3:00 appointment. . I called about 3:20 to see where they are, they said the technician is on another job and we said after 3:00. I waited over an hour more, they called and said the technician will be there in about an hour which was impossible from the distance and traffic he had to travel. He would have been 2 hours and 20 minutes late from 3:00 . They schedule multiple people at the same time, not good for customer service. I recommend not using this company, they can't be trusted. I cancelled my appointment.
