Comfort Zone Heating & Cooling

Michael has been wonderful to me from the time I first meet him a year ago! The unit in my condo I purchased has a wiring issue...only wired for heat not air 😡😡 Non disclosed before purchase and “So Called Inspector” I hired, did not catch it! Michael came out, explained the wiring issue...he’s the 3rd person that’s looked at my unit and the ONLY one that took the time to explain exactly what the problem is. In the further, he will run an additional wire but till then, Michael comes when I call and gets the heat running. Michael has been a breath of fresh air...I trust him and his customer service is AMAZING!!!

Nothing but professionalism and honesty with this company. Michael takes such good care of us and our units. My neighbors recommended him years ago and we haven’t been anything but pleased with his service and integrity.

Stay far away from this ibuis,they are con artist ripofff experts,charged me a fortune to fix my system,n it went out the next day! They then told me it was older and would give me a deal to replace it,my question why not state that prior to fixing the old unit 2which has had little use btw,my guess it was sabatoged by there crew,was just a maintenance visit was working now it's out n I gotta pay almost 9 grand to replace,I'm so sorry I ever hired them,Micheal Spence lies thru his teeth,beware this buis
