I called on a Sunday of a long holiday weekend and was actually able to speak with a live, helpful human being. Got a service call scheduled for the next morning. Donnie showed up earlier than scheduled, was very courteous and professional. He delivered on his promise to get us going again that day even though many suppliers were not functioning at 100%. Nevertheless, he worked through the day putting in a new system at a price he originally estimated and which I thought was quite reasonable. One of the company managers even showed up for a while. I was pleased and impressed.

I was scrambling to get A/C fixed. Temps soared into the 90’s. Company was coming tomorrow. Heard of ClimatePro thru a friend. Called and w/in 4 hours all was good. Very polite and courteous doing their work. Diagnosed problem quickly, had spare parts for the fix.. very impressed all the way around. The price shocked me, it was actually reasonable! In fact, I tried to tip because I felt I got too good a deal.
House is cool, life is good, and company is happy. Win win win.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from ClimatePro to fix my Air Conditioner last week! Kincaid and Chase were competent, courteous, professional and efficient. I had the best experience with Shelley at the office to Donnie the tech who came out and helped me on very hot days, to install freon in my unit. I called other companies that could not come out for a week, and my daughter and I would have definitely suffered. She is getting her Masters Degree online and is home all day, so she needed it even more than I did, because I am at work all day. Shelley was very professional but yet so kind and warm and was willing to go above and beyond. Same with Donnie. He was very thorough and professional, Always cleaning up after himself and explaining to me what he was doing so I could understand, and he had worked all day but came out to my house late to make sure we were taken care of. Kuddos to these folks and I will recommend to future customers.

I have been going back to Climatepro and its owner Rusty for the last 2 years for everything related to my HVAC. He has always been the most affordable and is always on time. But last week my Heating stopped working during one of the coldest week this year and Rusty could'nt make it to my house for a couple of days because of scheduling issues. But he was constantly in contact and told me what was going on with his team and they would get there as soon as they could. Though those words will not bring heat to the house, he did something which we cannot expect even from the bigger corporations today. After fixing the unit, he waived off the entire cost of the service (including the parts cost) for the lost time and inconvenience it caused me. Though i tried to convince him, he was not ready at all to accept any payment. This is a kind of person whom I can trust because he demonstrated that he genuinely cared about us and he just earned my business for as long as I live here.

I wish I could write something positive, but I've lost all confidence in Climate Pro. The owner, Rusty, really seems like a dependable person, but he was unable to stay organized. I was really cheering for him to deliver on promises that were repeatedly left unfulfilled. I had to stay on top of the process with Rusty the entire time. We started working together in April 2021. I am still waiting to hear back about warranty coverage. It's common for 2 weeks to go by and I have to follow up again only to be left with no response. I no longer trust that Climate Pro will honor any installation work. Rusty will tell you that he'll take care of all concerns and then not follow up or show up.

When one pays over $7K for a new unit installation and duct work, there should be some guarantee of work and a responsive line of communication.

My advice for future customers...If you really are compelled to work with Climate Pro, then I'd suggest you hold onto your money until every promise is fulfilled. Do not leave one thing undone, not matter how small.

But be warned about the vacant promises...
There can be no warranty for his installation work if he is not dependable.
