Excellent experience. HIGHLY recommend! Our HVAC unit shutdown on a Saturday and Rusty came out the very next day (Sunday) to give us a quote and ended up fixing the unit as well. He was a lifesaver as it was mid August 90+ degrees. He explained everything in detail and was one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. We shopped around for quotes to get a new unit and ended up going back to Rusty and the Climate Pro team as they had the best pricing package and proven customer service. They got us on the schedule immediately and the install couldn’t have gone better. Thank you!!

Top notch all the way around. I had multiple issues with my two split a/c systems and Rusty and crew both diagnosed and fixed everything perfectly. What stood out is how well they explained each step as the work was being done, and overall how friendly and knowledgeable they are. We replaced both our HVAC and hot water heater with Rusty in February 2020. Out of several companies who gave us bids, his was by far the most affordable with the best benefits. The install went smoothly and we love our new system. Rusty was very informative and trustworthy. Highly recommend!

Rusty and the entire team were great with communication and quick in the replacement of my AC that was damaged in a storm. Not only was it great service, but friendly people. Rusty even called to make sure there weren't any issues with the unit working a few days later (on a holiday weekend). I highly suggest their services. We needed to install a ventilation hood above our gas range, but before doing so, ventilation ducts needed to be added as well as make-up air for the hood. The ducts had to pass through two walls, one of which was a brick wall ~15 ft high (our house is on a hill). Rusty and Josh gave us a very reasonable quote and did an exceptional job. When they arrived at the house, they reviewed multiple options and thought through the pros and cons for each one. Once they decided to go through the walls, they made further considerations as to how the duct would run so it's not noticeable. They did such an amazing job that my mother-in-law didn't notice until a week later! As all Chinese grandmas are, she can be very critical, but she was really impressed. The work took about 3 hours and they left the site well cleaned. Overall I am 120% satisfied with the service provided by Climate Pro. They really proved that they are experts and showed their passion through the service they provided. You will not regret working with them!

My husband has severe asthma, and I’ve been unable to cook in our new home because the stove fan didn’t vent outside - it just “filtered” the air and blew it back around, causing my husband to have an asthma attack if he was in the house. Even though it was a smaller job, Rusty and his team fit us in and installed an exterior vent and an hvac air filter to eliminate dust and other allergens in the house, in addition to running two new vents we wanted to add. The guys were courteous and careful, cleaning up afterwards and making sure we were happy with how they left the house. Rusty also advised us on how to repair some small vents on the outside of our house. I highly recommend Rusty and would definitely use him again! *****

Rusty, Josh and their install team replaced my entire heating pump system including the air handler. I was very impressed and pleased from beginning to end with their service and communication throughout the process. I have used many HVAC companies over the years and couldn't be more pleased with these guys.

Incredible level of service, very efficient, and a terrific deal. It is so refreshing to work with local outfits. Rusty and Josh couldn't have been nicer or more knowledgeable. We'll be calling Climate Pro for all our future needs -- and recommend you do too!

April 8 Climate Pro responded for a service request of refrigerant leak from a heat pump HVAC. At the time loose connections were identified on the line set and tightened. According to the bill the system was pressurized and refilled with refrigerant. It appears that because no drop in pressure was noted with the pressurization there was no leak, assumption was leak. The is no indication of a leak test with a refrigerant leak detector was performed. From research I've done this appears to be an industry standard. Unit was returned to service. Within 2 weeks of use refrigerant had leaked out and unit shut down for protection. Rusty was contacted and promised to reevaluate. The promised date came and went. Multiple attempts at contacting Rusty, by phone and text, went unanswered. A different HVAC company was contacted, they performed a leak test and quickly identified a leak from the "capillary tube". I'm surprised a leak test wasn't performed by Comfort Pro at the April visit.

Bottom line, Rusty was initially very pleasant and friendly. When the leak reoccurred he did not respond to multiple requests for help. Not sure I would ever use his service again.

My AC went out over the weekend during one of the hottest weeks of the year. I called Climate Pro on Monday morning at 7:30am and Rusty was amazing to chat with! He got a technician named Josh out to my house by 9:30am to fix everything. Not only did Josh quickly find the source of the problem, even when there was no obvious issue at first, but he made sure to show me the problem, give me solutions, and not try to upsell me. I recently moved into the house, and he even pointed out that I had an air filter in the basement that I had no idea existed! Highly recommend this company—they were kind, efficient, and cost effective. Will definitely use them in the future!
