Our service representative, Mr. Charles Logan was very knowledgeable and professional in explaining our heating and air conditioning system to us. Mr. Logan was very helpful and efficient!

I had such a wonderful experience with Comfort Zone. The technician Michael came out and was very straightforward with what to expect. He was knowledgeable and professional. He explained the issue with my system and fixed the problem quickly so that my family had heat that night. I’ve had issues finding honest HVAC guys but I will be using comfort zone and be requesting Michael in the future. Exceptional service.

The Comfort Zone is definitely a 5 star company. They went out of there way to accommodate my tight schedule. As promised Casey, their technician, arrived right on time. He was very thorough and did an outstanding job. He Also provided some great tips on how to maintain the systems between maintenance visits. Casey was very professional, personable and had tremendous knowledge of heating & air systems. Comfort Zone is excellent company and their pricing is very reasonable. They certainly have earned my highest rating. I would recommend them without hesitation!
