O'Callaghan Heating & Air Conditioning

We’ve been using O’Callaghan for our business for 13 + years. They installed a new system when we moved in . Carl , our service guy is great, he’s been our guy the whole time. Would highly recommend O’Callaghan .

Clark Howard says that all HVAC companies sell the same product but not all offer good service. Sales are a big ticket item so many big companies focus more on them than on service. Clark says that billboards, internet ads, radio and tv commercials cost a lot of money which is passed on to the customer. Many big companies also have a high turnover rate and small companies usually don't. He recommends a family owned business with long time employees and which is successful because of customer service and satisfaction. O'Callaghan HVAC is also honest and trustworthy. If they can fix it they do because their objective is not to show up to sell a new system. Their objective is to take the best care of their customers they can and if they tell me I need a new system, I trust them. Clark is describing O'Callaghan when he tells us what to look for in an HVAC company. It is my great pleasure to post this from personal experience, but over 240 other happy customers who have given them 5 Star reviews could have also written it. I believe the only problem anyone could ever have with O'Callaghan HVAC is trying to remember how to spell O'Callaghan.

Marcus took the time to explain the system I have giving me the confidence to make the needed repairs. Also from the initial call to the office each person provided excellent customer service. I will highly recommend to friends and family.

We came home from a trip to find our AC not working. A neighbor recommended O'Callaghan and they were able to come the same day and fixed it for a a reasonable price. The repairman was professional, friendly and knew exactly what to do. From now on our first call will be to O'Callaghan for any AC/Heating needs.

I had a good experience with O'Callaghan. They were professional, quick, and solved a thermostat issue I've always had by adjusting the wiring. They came recommended from another contractor had working for me and I will call O'Callaghan again.

I was on the highway the other morning and this O’Callaghan driver cut me off twice. If a lane is ending, it’s not safe to speed up to go around someone as the lane is ending especially not in a work vehicle. Shame on this driver. If you can’t drive responsibly, sit behind a desk to keep others on the road safe.

We recently purchased two units for the upstairs and basement of our house. Dennis and his crew were so professional. They not only finished quickly with no problems they also had the best price. Everything is working great - would definitely recommend them to anyone!!
