This was the best A/C service call we’ve ever had. Matt was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and super helpful. He was also very kind and I felt like we were being very well taken care of. I will definitely use O’Callaghan Heating and Air in the future and would request Matt as our technician!

They were able to get us scheduled quickly after we called. Matt was extremely helpful and honest about what was needed and what was still working fine with our AC system, and he talked us through our best options to fit our budget. Also offered to answer any follow up questions or issues we have, will definitely be calling them again with future issues.

Go with who you know ... always. I've relied on O'Callaghan for over 25 years, and they never fail me. And it starts from the top. The owners are hard-working, trustworthy people ... that genuinely care about doing the job right the first time. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Marcus, and he was awesome. I had a fairly simple job to clear a condensation drain pipe, and he worked steadily to get it fixed to HIS satisfaction. Even when it appeared things were good, he came back in and said "Nope ... something is still there ... got get it good and clean before I leave." That's the O'Callaghan difference. Doing it right the first time.

Helpful friendly representatives got me scheduled same day for an issue I had with my thermostats not working as they should. Tech came very promptly as scheduled and was professional and thorough with his diagnosis of my issue. Able to resolve it same day.
