O'Callaghan Heating & Air Conditioning

So glad I called this place! They were super nice and professional. I was originally told that my entire system needed to be replaced but after calling them for a second opinion I saved about $800. The tech was friendly and explained everything to me in detail. Would definitely recommend them.

I had a great experience with O’Callaghan heating,and air. I had Scott who was very knowledgeable. He was very professional and on time. He did an awesome job and will be using him and the company again!

We have been using O'Callaghan for system maintenance for the past 11 years. The staff is always friendly and patient and does a thorough job of explaining issues in layman's terms.

We have also replaced both furnaces and AC units through O'Callaghan. Each time, the representative gave us three solid choices and spent time explaining the pros and cons of each option, leading us to make the right decision for us.

Incredible response time and service!!! With new born at home and an 80 degree house. We tried calling multiple companies before finding O'Callaghan. They made it a priority and fixed the issue quickly! I am very grateful and would recommend O'Callaghan to anyone.

As a female we are so scared when we need Service that we have no clue on how it works! Antonio, was very Polite and informative. He advised what the problem was with my Air Conditioner and proceeded to fix the problem in no time. Didn't cost an arm & leg! Definitely love this Company....
Oops there's more to this story! Air went out the next day! Another agent came to inspect the problem. He advised I needed a motor. Well I was about to pay $600.00 for the motor. After researching on line the price was $200-600 for a motor. Well I called Ocallaghan and spoke to a man who said he was A Mgr of some sort. I asked if he could reduce the cost. He advised that it was $650.00 instead of $600.00 and that I could go elsewhere to get it done if didn't like the price. I did just that! You won't believe this! There agent had unwired my motor and was setting me up! The new company fix my wires and my Air Conditioner is working perfectly! Very shady company!!!!!

Technician Antonio did a thourgh job checking, cleaning and maintenancing our systems. He did a great job answering all of our questions and explaining our options. He was pleasant and considerate, a pleasure to deal with.

The answering agents as well ad the technician, Cory were very courteous,prompt and professional. Cory was honest about what the problem could or couldn't be and was very proficient in identifying then resolving the issues with our A/C units. I would recommend O'Callaghan any day!!!

Our technician, Wallace did a fantastic job in answering our questions and concerns. He explained everything in detail and we were very pleased with his service.

The technician, Antonio, was so on top of things, from the moment he arrived. He was personable and professional, listened carefully, offered suggestions when things weren't coming together (My Nest Thermostat won't connect with the wi fi in the house, suddenly), got the unit going and also pointed out some maintenance items that needed to be done. An hour later I was up and running and caught up on maintenance.

They were prompt, professional and reasonable. I will continue to use their services. Thank you for being a great company that easy to work with.
