The drain line was clogged causing water to drip from the system. Antonio was the technician who came and he was very helpful and informative. He then came back to repair a leak alert device that wasn’t functioning.

This is the 2nd time we've had regular maintenance through the company. They are punctual & do an exceptional job. Friendly, and knowledgeable are amiss with most companies these days, but not with O'Callaghan, they are the ones to call when you need answers & a resolve.

We installed a Vivint Home Security system and smart thermostat. We noticed a couple of weeks ago that it would not switch from Heat to Cool. We troubleshot the issue with Vivint and it was mentioned that the HVAC may be the problem. We got O'Callhans and Bobby McKoy to come out. It took less than an hour for him to troubleshoot the problem and get things working properly. We will use O'Callahans again. Great service, great work and very good pricing.

Scheduled Monday and they arrived as promised Tuesday. Service technician friendly, professional and knowledgeable.Resolved the issue within a few hours. AC back on. Not the cheapest in town, but would use them again.
