The people at O'Callaghan are top notch. They answer when I call and show up when scheduled. Unfortunately, I just had to replace both air conditioning units over the last 6 months, but they made the process as painless as possible. Big shout out to Antonio for his incredible customer service in this 95 degree blistering heat.

I called another company that is popular and they told me they couldn't come out until next week. I called this company and they told me they could come out the next day. My house was reaching the 90s during the day since my AC stopped blowing cold air, so time was of the essence, especially with my dog here. The technician was quick and got my AC back running in about 30 minutes. He replaced the part that was still under warranty and even left me with a new filter for when it's time to replace. Thanks!!

I always use O'Callaghan Heating and Air. The O'Callaghans are a reputable and well regarded Atlanta family. I know they will never rip me off. I had my a/c out, got the tech to come out the same day and had it fixed in 30 minutes. Great service!

We've used O'Callaghan a few times over the past 4 years and have always been satisfied. I called this morning and left a message that our A/C unit wasn't cooling well. Kelly called back within the hour and said she could work us in today and would call again when a technician was headed our way. About an hour and a half later she called again to say a technician was coming. The tech arrived and diagnosed the problem (low on Freon) and fixed the A/C unit in less than an hour. Very awesome service to call at 8:30 in the morning and have our unit fixed before noon!

If you live in an Atlanta area condo/high rise, do yourself a favor and choose O’Callahan’s Heating/AC for service and maintence—and be sure to ask for Carl. He has the experience and demeanor of a true HVAC pro. Kelly, the scheduler for O’Callahan’s, accommodated my many changes in schedule due to a family emergency. All in all, if you want someone experienced to handle the second-most expensive piece of equipment you’ll ever buy (after your car) then call O’Callahan’s.

O’Callaghan was recommended by our daughter. We called and had a positive experience immediately. The person (Andy?) that answered the phone was courteous and professional. Carl, the service representative, called and he also was also very professional, helpful and courteous. When Carl came to the house, he immediately got to work and we now have our AC working again. A positive experience all the way around O’Callaghan has a new customer! We look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

I have been a loyal customer for 35 years, and wouldn’t use any other company. From consultation and installation through repair and maintenance they have done it all. I highly recommend their maintenance plan - they have always come the same day for all needed repair services - summer or winter - and I have never had an issue with their performance .... for 35 years!!! Also like that they typically send the same repairman who has my history and knows my systems (I have 4) so I don’t spend time explaining. If I could give O’Callaghan 10 stars I would!!!!!
