O'Callaghan Heating & Air Conditioning

We just moved into our new office and had a heating issue. The landlord called them and they had the issue fixed the same day. Scott was the tech that came out and he was friendly and knowledgeable and explained what the issue was. I’ve never dealt with a Heating and Air technician that seemed to genuinely love his job. You will now have another customer for my residence and I will refer friends and family to you. Thank you for the great service!

Excellent. The service person was here on time, polite, responsive and professional. He showed me some things, explained what he did. Most importantly, unlike my previous HVAC company, O'Callaghan did not try to sell me anything He just fixed my problem, told me what he did and went on his way. Excellent.

O'Callaghan is a 5 star plus A/C company, AC goes out next day service tech Antonio after a full day keeps a late afternoon appointment in the rain. He could have rescheduled for another day and I would not blame him, 45 minutes later A/C is cooling again great service and fair price. I Highly recommend them.

O'Callaghan HVAC have serviced our system under contract since 1995, consistently exceeding expectations. They kept our original 1989 unit running smoothly until 2017. Contract customers receive priority visits in case of emergency, but we have never had to use this. The technicians are always on time, professional and courteous. Now they are wearing masks and distancing carefully.

Can’t say enough about this company! I have used them since 2010 for any A/C needs. They always are professional and finish the job in a timely manner. Customer service is respectful and great about getting back to me on any issues that I might be having. Could not be anymore happier. If you need an AC pro, you know where to go! Our office HVAC has been serviced by Carl at O'Callaghan for many years. This week we had an "AC emergency" and he was there quickly! As always, kind, professional, and he cleans up, etc. One time, our business owners decided to use another company for routine maintenance, and they were buffoons! I would only recommend O'Callaghan!

Carl was so great! He explained everything to me, and gave me tips to better maintain my unit. He got everything accomplished on the day of his initial visit. I highly recommend him!

O’Callaghan is dependable, professional and always responsive. Any time we’ve needed help with a non-functioning unit, they’ve made it the same day - which in the throes of summer heat or winter cold is incredibly important!

I've never given O'Callaghan the credit they deserve. Every time I need something done on my AC I always make them earn it. What do I mean?

I always look other places first, I always get multiple quotes. O'Callaghan always beats them by a long shot.

On the first system they replaced for me I felt the system was fine, I had 13 quotes and they were lowest. When we sold the house, the home inspector said they did some things not up to code. I called O'Callaghan to complain and they had someone at my house within 2 hours to prove that inspector was not only WRONG in what he said but we basically proved he never went into the crawl space to even make the comments he did.

O'Callaghan has a customer for life.
Now with my new unit, I find they have 0% interest if I finance through them and the quote on my system is thousands of dollars lower than the other quote I had (from costco)

There are rare occasions in life where you find that the best company you can hire to do a job is also the most fairly prices, reliable and trustworthy and this is one of them. I challenge you to find another 5 star AC company out there who can live up to O'Callaghan.. it won't happen
