We have only been in our home a year, but O’Callaghan was used by the previous owner so they have maintained the A/C units for over 20 years in our home. They are always extremely nice and professional to do our seasonal maintenance. We will be having them replace our old units soon and trust them to do a great job!

Our heat went out on Christmas Eve morning, when it was projected to be as low as 30 degrees Fahrenheit in the evening. I called O'Callaghan's at 9:30 AM and they were here at noon. They fixed the problem in 30 minutes and left. The service man was very professional, clean, and careful. He showed me the problem so if it happened again I could resolve it. I did not expect such good service, especially on Christmas Eve when everyone has family to be with. Absolutely would recommend them and will definitely use them again.'
