Greg was very professional. He called when he was 20 minutes from our home and arrived on time. He confirmed what I had scheduled. After regular maintenance he let me know of a few issues that needed to be addressed. He had the parts and was able to complete within 30 minutes. Wonderful!

Gagne alerted me that Tim was on his way, and Tim arrived earlier than I was expecting. This was a good thing since I was going to be charged for an after hours fee. Tim waived that fee and took care of business in quick fashion. Tim was professional and personable. Tim was an awesome representative for Gagne and he will be the reason I use Gagne again.

Our technician was knowledgeable and thorough. He completed all the work and was very respectful of our house, leaving no mess. And he was a very nice person!

I called asking for a repair visit as a new customer without a service contract, and they were able to schedule me for service on the same day. Jeremy came by within a few hours and provided excellent service. He explained all the issues my AC unit has having and the various options and price points to fix them, and the information was very easy to understand. I will be using them in the future for all my AC questions.

Although the entire problem wasn't resolved on the first visit, due to parts needing to be ordered, I feel very confident in his and the company's ability to deliver great service!

Daniel was my technician who came out to our home on the second day. He was extremely courteous and professional. I needed a damper motor replaced on my ductwork. The location of the damper motor was not in an ideal location to replace, clearly, it was not engineered for simple replacement. However, Daniel did not let that deter him from replacing the motor. He climbed up into my attic, traversed the framing, and was able to quickly and safely replace the defective damper motor. I was so impressed with his resolve, knowledge and professionalism, I asked him if I could take a picture of him replacing the motor, and he obliged. Great example of going the extra mile to "wow" a customer!!

This is a great company. It was 93 in our bedroom after the ac went out. We called 8 companies and these guys sent someone the next morning. We had a new system installed the day after. Everyone else cancelled on us because it’s 100 degrees outside right now.

They installed same day, it’s clean, wore bags on their shoes. It’s already cool in here, thank you so much Gagne, amazing.
