Jeremy is great - quick and expert problem diagnosis, clear communication. My furnace logged an issue at 7:15AM and by 7:45AM, Gagne had called me and scheduled onsite service just a few hours later. Great experience.

I recently purchased a home that had a relatively new HVAC system that was installed by Gagne. I reached out to them shortly after moving in to inquire about getting scheduled maintenance, but didn't set it up right away. Out of the blue they called me and offered to do a heating system check for free. They showed up the next day on time with lots of communication telling me who was coming with a picture and a bio! The tech was very professional and explained some things about the system that I didn't understand. I'm very happy with the service.

I give Jeremy an A++ for his job performance. He came early and was professional, knowledgeable, informative, with great attention to detail. I’m going to request he be assigned to perform my pre-heating system operational checkout.

My experience with customer service and the servicing technician was very professional and pleasant. The technician explained what needed to be repaired, including the cost. I was very pleased with everything and will be using them again for any future needs in servicing my heating and air-conditioning units.

Very happy with our experience with Gagne! From the initial consultation w Ricky Moore, to the installation from Tanner and 2 other really nice fellas, to the professional and friendly maintenance visit from Tim….everything went smoothly. They know what they are doing, show up on time, and do good work. They also got a job done in 2 days that we’d been waiting for others to do for 3 weeks. SO we are VERY glad we found them…Couldn’t ask for a better company.

Gagne heating and air conditioning is probably the best place I have worked for. I been working here for a little while and can honestly say they have the best team I have ever worked with everyone works hard and helps the other out. They All go above and beyond for the customer always encouraging each other to do the right thing where other companies I have worked for encourage the opposite. If you are interested in do business with them do it you won't regret it. Gagne is the best in the area.

I had a very difficult system with an older Carrier thermostat. I needed a new thermostat but this was a proprietary thermostat that is not made anymore. I called many companies and gave them the information but nobody could do it. I was told by some that it could not be done. This company got the info and within an hour, thought they could make the needed changes. Tim arrived and was very courteous and professional. He made the required changes for less then expected. I have made this company my first contact for HVAC issues.
