The office staff is prompt and works to get you seen as soon as possible with ease. The technician was on time, friendly, and remembered the system from last year. He diagnosed the problem and gave us options presenting all details. He fixed it quickly and gave us info about the system we didn't know. Highly recommend Gagne!
We had an issue with one of our furnace during winter and wasn’t heating properly. Tried calling several companies to get a quick appointment. Only Gagne offered to stop the very next day. Jeremy had to come for a 2nd visit since the issue was not resolved at first time but he did not charge for the 2nd appointment. He identified the root cause and fixed it for good. Would definitely recommend Gagne.
We bought an older house and we knew the AC was going to be a problem. Of course it died earlier than we hoped. Called Gagne and we met with a technician, Tim, then a sales person, Rick, and finally the install team led by John and Trey (sp?). Could not have imagine better service from all of them. Professional, took their time to explain things and make sure we were ok. I never felt like products were being sold to me, but that they were genuinely trying to help me set my home up to be comfortable for the future. I expected, based on the level of service, for it to be extremely expensive. Nope. Very fair and competitive pricing with anyone. I cannot say enough good things. Easiest recommendation ever.
My wife and I contacted Gagne heating and air for an estimate for replacing our older HVAC system. They were extremely responsive for scheduling our appointment time and Rick, our representative showed up on time. He did not rush through the appointment and took time asking pertinent questions and provided explanations for the resoning behind his queries. After inspecting our home’s current system and layout he put together a comprehensive plan with options which he took the time to walk me through noting how each option varied. He was extremely personable and showed a great deal of patience and thoughtfulness in adressing my questions. Rick represented Gagne in an exceptional manner and he put them at the top of our list as we search for a company to take care of this current need for our home.
All the Gagne techs are awesome—friendly, informative and very professional. The yearly maintenance plan is a great value and having them come twice a year gives me great peace of mind.

I had 3 AC companies came to diagnose the issue of my HVAC system not starting. I was able to compare the service. Gagne was the first company I called because it had good google review. The technician didn't test the system or the wiring connection or the pressure. He kept emphasizing the age of my HVAC system which was very old. He said the issue was low voltage wiring to the thermostat and recommended me to hire an electrician to change the wiring. (I don't know why Gagne doesn't change it onsite.) He then went on saying that he could not guarantee if it would fix the problem because I had a very OLD system. Lastly he offered a schedule appointment for a new HVAC system and their annual maintenance program. I gave 2 star because 1) he didn't do the diagnosis that he was paid to do. 2) To reach a conclusion without proper diagnosis just by the age of the HVAC system was wrong. 3) he gave a wrong conclusion. Later I found out with another company that the wiring was ok. It was the thermostat that needed to be replaced. 4) He told me that I needed a new HVAC system without doing a proper diagnosis/test of the old system.
