From the service scheduler, Sarah, through the technician Greg and the instillation crew headed by Trey. everyone at Gagne has gone out of their way to be sure we were happy. They explained our AC/Heating options and were responsive to our needs. We feel confident in their work and look forward to their maintenance of our new system for years to come. Our heat did not come on so we called. This is the second time using Gagne Heating and Air. My technician, Greg, was outstanding. He was polite, knowledgable, and very pleasant while we talked during the visit. He repaired my systems, explained the "why", and also I learned a lot. I recommend this service.

Just had a great experience with Gagne. The tech, Tim, was very friendly, professional, and capable. He shared detailed pictures and descriptions with me as to what he was seeing and recommending. I ended up doing some additional, needed repairs. I believe I was treated very fairly and received excellent services for the price --- so the value was definitely there.

Great service from Jeremy! The company sent a picture of him before he arrived, so I knew who to expect and Jeremy called when he was on the way. Jeremy was here to do maintenance for both systems and he took pictures of an issue he found in the attic, which was very helpful. Everything was explained and pricing for the repair given before he left, which I thought was a fair price for the job. We had purchased our HVAC from Gagne about five years ago and I thought they had great service then and they continue to! Highly recommend Gagne.

Gagne was simply outstanding. We were having air flow problems and our aging systems were failing. They analyzed everything, and found simple solutions to correct the duct work in the attic. For purchasing a new system, the team was very educational, providing all the information needed to make an informed decision. The new systems are whisper quiet and previous airflow problems are gone. Very happy with the results.
