Rick came out to our house and quickly diagnosed a problem with our unit. He was very good about explaining the issue and the solution. He wasn’t pushy at all. He was very patient and nice. I will definitely do business with Gagne again because of this positive experience.

Gagne just installed an upstairs unit in our home. They were very responsive (on time) and professional in every way. You get a text or email confirmation for everything- including one when your tech is about to arrive. Their processes are even better than they were when they installed our main level unit a few years ago. Also, a special shout out to Gary, their installation manager, for diagnosing an exhaust problem that was unrelated to their scope of work.
