Our tech Greg was wonderful! He is knowledgeable & we knew he was going to leave us with a cool home!

This company was great to work with -- Extremely professional and quick. After getting a few quotes this company was the most professional and gave me the most confidence that my HVAC system replacement would go smoothly.

They came over and took measurements/photos, sat down with me and ran me through the available options thoroughly. I scheduled my replacement -- the technicians were right on time, finished exactly when they said they would, and were polite and professional.

Everyone showed up on time and ready to go. Lead techs were great and the crews were always working even in the heat. No hidden cost, they had a hard time clearing a drain line but persisted and got it taken care of. Could not have asked for better service from the office people to the salesman and of corse the crews.Everyone was on target.

I emailed in the morning. Got an immediate call back from my sales guy…Rick. I was scheduled for install in 2-3 hours. It was painless. The install team was fabulous and professional. Not sure why this is a 4.9. I gave 5 stars. 🤗

This is the first time ive used this company. The gentlemen they sent me, Jeremy, was really good. A total pro. Didnt price gouge. He had it fixed in minutes. Jeremy was just a really good guy. Very thankful for him

I just want to say how professional, friendly and thorough Tim was. I just switched to Gagne, and it probably one of the better decisions I have ever made! Tim came to the house, introduced himself and explained everything he did. I have never had a maintenance visit so thorough.

Professional and very detailed in their work! New AC system replacement took less than six hours including testing and thermostat reprogramming. Very polite and knowledgeable, they even worked through lunch.

Daryl showed up on time! He remembered where all 3 systems were! Performed the 6-months maintenance & provided suggestions for an aging 3-system HVAC. All was well today! He was wearing foot covers over his shoes (which we truly appreciate), and a mask (which we said was not required).
I would recommend Gagne & Daryl for anyone looking to have their system inspected and maintained. We’re on a bi-annual maintenance plan with Gagne Heat & Air. Well worth the price! Check them out!

Addendum: returned from vaca to find Main AC malfunctioning. Tim showed up the next day… found that our 15 year old AC was low/leaking freon & had frozen up. Recommended replacement. Rick (who is now in sales) showed up the next day (sat)… spent a few hours with us providing us with advice & options! He was true & honest with his recommendations. The replacement unit came in Monday 7/3 (temps outside were in upper 90’s)… Nick and his 2 man crew were beyond excellent. They replaced the old unit w a high efficiency HVAC in 6 hours! Tested it, cleaned up as if nothing happened! I would give Gagne, Tim, Rick and Nick 10 stars if possible…. it was a huge but much needed expense (we were warned when we bought this home during Covid). I highly recommend each & everyone involved at Gagne including the dispatchers/receptionists (their nucleus) anytime. We’ve had Gagne do annual preventive maintenance for 2 years and are very happy with all they provide us with!!

We use Gagne for all of our heating and AC system maintenance. They are extremely professional, honest, efficient, and affordable. Gagne installed a completely new system for us last spring, but we have used them for service for several years. We know we can count on them for great service at a great price.
