Provided me a same-day appointment, which was fantastic. I encountered an issue shortly after the tech left and I called the after hours service to request that the tech return.

Although no one could revisit my home that evening, I was contacted very early the next morning. The techs that came in the morning were polite and professional. They were able to troubleshoot and fully resolve my issue quickly.

I would trust this company again if I needed HVAC services.

We had a new HVAC installed for our upstairs unit. All the technicians were professional and knowledgeable. They were very efficient with the install and cleaned up everything. Very impressed with everyone we had contact with at Gagne. They will be doing all our maintenance, as well. We felt they were honest and did not try to take advantage of us. Not the cheapest but we wanted a quality unit and certified technicians doing the work.
