I have used refrigeration and electric for many years now. They are professional, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I could not imagine using another company. Brian S is absolutely THE BEST. I make sure to ask for him each time.

I called the on call technician number because it was a Saturday afternoon. I left a voicemail due to the techs being busy and they called me back within 10 minutes. They told me it could be a couple hours due to work volume (summer in Florida).

As I began plans to get my kids to their grandmothers, I received a call from a technician named Henry. Henry was in the neighborhood on a job and said he would be at my house in 10 minutes.

Henry showed up, listened to me describe the issue as he checked the thermostat and then the unit. Henry quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the part, and got my AC unit running!

I was expecting a bill over $200.00 due to having the on call technician come to my assistance and when I saw the bill, I was amazed!

The part and labor were extremely reasonably priced, approx $140.00. For the prompt response, knowledgeable technician who diagnosed the issue, and the quick repair I would have paid nearly any price. Florida heat is no joke and they didn’t take advantage of this.

If you have any AC issues, this is the company you want! Ten out of ten recommend!

Found leak in evaporator coil. Charged unit for now. Will come back to replace with a new coil. Brad was very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. I would recommend and will use them again.

We were happy R and E installed our system just before we bought this house about 15 years ago. When it finally gave up they came out one day later and did a great job replaced the system by 3:30
