Extremely responsive and professional, came and checked, replaced circuit board w/relay, and cleaned overflow. came within a few hours. Seems to be a great company to use and will call again if my AC needs help.

My A/C was partly fixed by another company but they could only located one half of a part needed and it was going to be expensive. A friend recommended that I call Refrigeration and Electric Service, and Im glad I did. I called, they sent someone the same day and the texh not only had both parts meeded for the A/C, it was $100 cheaper than the other company. We were very pleased with the service. Brad C. was the tech and he's so kind, professional, and skilled.

Brian & Travis were awesome ! Brian explained all aspects of each step what they were going to do and how it would clean & disinfect my ducts. I was very pleased with the cleaning results!

Thanks to Mario, our evening ended up being sooo much more pleasant than it could have been. I called Mario just before closing time and explained that our A/C had quit cooling. He said he would be at our house shortly and he showed up within 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem and we were once again enjoying cool air. He provided great customer service and was clearly knowledgeable and professional. We were completely satisfied with the service and cost. We will definitely be return customers to Refrigeration and Electric Service.
