    My A/C was out. I called expecting service in the next couple of days, and was pleasantly surprised when they told me they will try to come out the same day. They listened to my concern and sent the appropriate technician, Mario. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He genuinely wanted to help which is hard to find these days. He resolved my issue, explained exactly what he did, and offered recommendations for the future. Excellent service, I would highly recommend them.

    Mario was my service technician, & he was awesome! Very informative! I learned a lot while he was fixing my AC unit! I look forward to having him back if any issues arise in the future because I know he’s going to get the job done. Highly recommend!

    My AC broke a week before I was returning to Winter Haven and it needed to be replaced. With the help of a wonderful neighbor who had my key, R and E replaced my old system and had my new central air up and running before my return. Their customer service and responsiveness were the best! I would highly recommend them.

    My AC started getting hot so I called R&E. Chip and Brad came out within 2.5hrs of the call.
    Very professional, respectful and friendly young men.
    Told us exactly what the issue was and repaired it immediately.
    Good honest reliable service and we are going to recommend to atleast two of our neighbors that have just moved to this area.
    Great job guys 10/10.

    Brian S. & Travis were professional in performing routine maintenance on our unit as well as duct cleaning. They were diligent in making sure that house was cleaned upon completion of duct cleaning.     I've used R&E for my AC for 7 years. They kept an old AC unit running well. When the old one began to have problems (leaking freon, etc), it was recommended that I start thinking about a new AC. A new AC unit was installed today. The two gentlemen (Brian and Dillan) did a great job. They worked hard at removing the old and installing the new unit. Making everything fit took some thinking and planning, and it's in and working awesome.
    They Company returns next week to clean the Ducts. Looking forward to having that done.

    When I called I explained over the phone what was wrong with my AC unit. The nice lady on the other end of the phone, was so sweet, I wish I had gotten her name, told me what I might need. She said Brad C. had just gotten off work and was now on call and could come over in about an hour to an hour and a half. About 15 min passed and I got a phone call from Brad C. telling me he would be there in about 15 min. I can't tell you the relief I felt just knowing he would be there sooner than expected. What I was really impressed with was how they were able to service me on such short notice, and have after hours no less and not charge overtime fees for after 5 pm. To make a long story short, Brad C. fixed the problem, much to my relief I am so happy I chose them to repair my AC unit. They were honest with their pricing and upfront with what had to get done and how much it would cost. Brad C. also recommended the services he thinks I should get. If you want a company that has reasonable prices and prompt service, I would highly recommend these guys. They were phenomenal. If I could give them a 10 star rating I would!

    This review is for REBECCA in the office

    We will NEVER use this company again. The receptionist lady was SO rude to my mom. She called her a liar and threatened to put her house on lien.

    Back up a few months ago, the tech that came to do system maintenance gave my mom a yellow invoice and said I do not take credit card, but call the office and they will take payment for you.

    She called right after he left, but it was after hours so she left a message, my wife and myself LISTENED TO HER LEAVE THE MESSAGE, obviously life gets busy and my mom kept the bill here on the counter but expected for a call. Just today this really rude lady named REBECCA gives her a voicemail and lights her up for no reason! She has not had any other communication. My mom did not deserve to be threatened and since that’s the kind of representation this company is holding, we will not be using any longer and will tell everyone else looking for HVAC repair. Quite honestly the owner should apologize on her behalf for how rude she was !

    Huge thank you to Mario, Henry, and Rebecca for their incredible service and professionalism. Especially thankful to Henry for finding a serious electrical issue in my attic (that could have burned my house down) and fixing it during the AC maintenance. I trust this company to always provide quality service and show up when I need them.
