Brian S. was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained in detail what de did and verified everything was working properly. He made sure I did not have any questions. I tell you what, Brad is top notch! He showed up on time was very professional, and provided the best service in all my years! Brad took the time to get the job done right, and more importantly showed my wife and I that there are still great people in this world. OMG this guy Bradley that works for y’all is amazing. He was on time very professional and did an amazing job fixing my ac. If anyone needs their air fixed call and request Bradley to repair your unit.

Joe has helped us with multiple AC units and 2 separate houses. He is always prompt and professional. Each time he was serviced our AC he always explains what it is that he’s doing making my wife and I feel very comfortable and confident in his work. He is great around our dogs as well. Overall a great experience that I would recommend to anyone needing AC work.

conditioner had stopped blowing cold air and had a funny smell. Within two hours, I got a call from the technician, Henry, saying that he was on the way.
He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired the issue… s blown relay box.
Henry was quick, courteous, and knowledgeable. The cost of the repair was reasonable.

He made sure my system was running the correct way and at peak performance. R&E installed the system a few years back and its been great ever since!! Highly recommend!

Brad C., I sent email and Refrigeration & Electric service called back before 8am on Monday morning. Brad arrived early and made a quick assessment and had the unit fixed and cooling the same day. He provided trusted/reliable service with a great attitude even though it was 100 degrees out. The office provided the warranty info and was able to take payment on phone. It is very rare to find an exceptional company like this one. The technician, Brad, as well as some of the other technicians that have performed service on my rental units, have been professional, courteous, and reliable. The prices are reasonable and the office staff helpful. I am extremely pleased with this company and would highly recommend!

R&E has been a blessing ever since our household has started using there services. They are there when you need them the most. A gentlemen named Mario came out to our house and patched a leak in the air system. He also performed maintenance and replaced all of our air filters for each system. He was sooo helpful. He was honest in what needed to be repaired and was kind enough to stay as long as it took to get the job done. He also was very considerate in cleaning up after himself with where any of the work was done. Did a fantastic job being flexible in our household environment with the pets. R&E makes their transactions personable because the people who work for them genuinely care about your needs.
