After being told by another company we needed to buy a whole new system, it was recommended we get a second opinion from Love’s due to their honesty and integrity. Sure enough, the issue was quickly found by the technician, and it was a $50 part with none of issues trumped up by the first company. We are so grateful for Love’s AC and will never use anyone else! HIGHLY recommend this business for all your air conditioning and heating needs!!

Both of our a/c systems were on their last legs and needed to be replaced. When Brandon came out to give me a quote, he walked me through the differences in the different kinds of systems along with the pros and cons of each. He gave me advice as to which system would work best for the age and size of our home but never pressured me or tried to upsell. The two units were installed within a couple of days of putting in the deposit and other than one issue, which was completely no fault of theirs, everything went smooth and easy. The prices were very reasonable in that out of the five quotes I received, they were one of the lowest. I would recommend Love's to anyone.

The tech that came out and gave us a quote he was great, professional and informative. I believe his name was James. However, after that it has been nothing but a run around with Love's. Man that answers the phone says he is not in the office that he would get back to me the 3 times I have called but never gives a response or even calls me back. I don't know how you have good reviews, they have to be made up. I have been waiting since October 2022 to get my handler replaced which I have warranty through the company that manufactures my handler. There was suppose to be a claim made and the company sends the part needed to loves to complete the repairs and from there loves is suppose to come back to my residence to fix it. Well it's now Almost Feb 2023, 2 sets of handlers have been sent to you and both seemed to be "lost" in transit from what you say. When calling the company holding my warranty they told me a whole different story, I don't recommend this company for A/C repairs. Oh and Loves I don't expect to see a response from you on here since you can never return a phone call.

Consumer be warned!! I hired them to come and clean my system and perform routine maintenance. Everything seemed fine until the installation of a part by their recommendation to help keep the system cleaner. This part ended up shorting out my system and costing me more money and more money. They blamed it on being an older system. I mean it worked fine until they touched it. These people do not care, do not stand behind their work and only care about getting every last penny out of you. Steer clear of these thieves!!

Horrible company bad business. They came and installed a new AC unit for my house in Davenport location. The Ac doesn't work properly, our house is hot. I have called and Brandon said he would stop by the house to check on the install. I never heard back from this guys now there stupid ac is not working properly. I will need to get me a lawyer this don't mind any sense.

Clayton and Cliff from Love’s AC came today and installed a new air conditioner for us. They were professional and friendly, worked hard and left the house clean. We are cooling down and very happy for that considering it’s in the mid 90’z today. The owner of Love’s came by at the end of the installation to make sure all was well, introduced himself and thanked us for the business. Clayton explained everything about the new unit and made sure we had all of our questions answered. We would definitely recommend Love’s AC.

My husband and I are first time homeowners. We moved into our house a couple of weeks ago and even though the unit was only 5 or 6 months old we noticed the house was not staying cool during the hottest part of the day. The owner, Brandon came out for a free (yes FREE) inspection. He checked out everything. He told us for the size of our house he'd recommend a 4 ton unit (the previous one installed was a 3 ton) but said if money was tight we could probably get away with some good insulation and to repair the duct by the air return until we could afford to replace. I never felt pressured to buy anything and he never tried to push the replacement on us. He even offered to provide some reputable and reasonably priced insulation companies he's worked with in the past if we decided to go that route.

The estimate to replace was very fair and less than my mother in law paid to have a 2 ton unit installed by another company. Brittany was AMAZING. Funny and very patient even while waiting 10 minutes while I was digging through boxes trying to find my ID. I'm pretty sure I've talked to her more in the last week than all of my family members combined. She was very responsive and called to advise of any updates. The financing program they offer is very reasonable and the technicians who installed our AC unit were professional, funny and even cleaned up to make sure they didn't leave smudges on our walls.

At no fault of theirs, our blower motor came broken from factory. Brandon bought a new one same day and came out at 10pm to install it to make sure our family was comfortable. This company genuinely cares and goes above and beyond in everything they do. I will continue to use them for all of our AC needs and gladly recommend them to friends and family in the area!

This company was a amazing, my dad is a older man and his ac went out in a Moble home , needless to say it was well over 100 degrees in there . I called Loves AC company hoping to get a real Person to talk to and to be able to come out the same day , not only did that happen , but they were honest with us and didn’t have us spending crazy money for a quick fix . Also they replaced the unit for us the next day . ,and well priced for the economy we are in today . Loves AC & Heating, I can’t express enough the appreciation we have for you . You guys will always be my go to and will be my first recommendation .
