I Never Write Reviews But i Would Be Remiss If Didn't give this Great Company credit. I Called Them After 12 On a Friday needing a last Minute Install That needed to be Completed By That Same Weekend Yes That Same Weekend And Not Only Did They make it Happen But Did A great Job Barriers was Laid Down To Protect my Home the Owner Him Self was on SITE .. WOW !!! .. THESE GUY ARE THE BEST ,MY NEW AC COMPANY 5 STARS

Great service and the employees that was sent out was great. He could have ripped me off due to may lack of knowledge about HVac but he didn't.
He just refilled my 4 ton unit with 2lbs of freon and the A/C works great again. Price was much less than I expected. Searched over 10 companies to get a service fee estimate and Loves was the only one that had a $0 service fee.

Our a/c went out the Friday before Memorial Day. Brandon the owner came out for our service call. Told us what the problem was. Explained to me, my brother and my mom with enthusiasm each time. Brandon came out and brought us window units to use until his crew could come out on Monday to replace our unit. We were very impressed by the professionalism displayed by Brandon and his crew. Would and have recommended Love's A/C to anyone who has asked about an a/c repair company. Very satisfied.

Amazing Experience! They fixed my ac👏 Didn’t feel like they were trying to hussle me like other ac companies. I havent had any problems after the fix and nothing better than having cold ac in Florida. I will be doing business with them again . Thank you!

I must say this is one of the most responsive and genuinely caring companies out there. The owner himself is very knowledgeable and has the best interest of the customer and doesn’t try to push you to buy his product. Many companies nowadays it’s all about the money and how fast they can get out there and just get the job done without actually getting to know the customer or hearing out the customers needs end it becomes a problem because things can be left undone or some things left unsaid. I’ve had this issue since last year where I had multiple people come out and tell me several different things, charge me over $500 for coolant just for it all to leak out TWICE and still not know what the problem was and then try to charge me an extra $300 to see where the leak was coming from even though I told them it was already a leak there. But with love’s A/C and hearing it was a completely different experience that personally changed my life and if I ever have have an issue I will for sure call them first. The owner makes sure that you’re well informed of what you’re doing and what you’re buying and leaves the decision up to you which I appreciate so much because I’m not forced or obligated to feel like I have to buy from them. The front desk Brittany as well as the owners wife Rachel were so helpful and genuinely so caring, that I don’t think I could’ve asked for a better company to help me. If you have an A/C issue and you want it done and fixed the right way with great customer support and people who actually care about you I would definitely go with love’s A/C and heating.

Brandon Love is amazing! I came home to my air not working, he was at my house in an hours time and my air was back up and running in no time. He was super sweet and provided the best customer service. Love's a/c & heating is the only HVAC service I will trust.

I needed a new AC system and checked around. But decided on Loves because of price and how professional they were... Day came to install and had 3 great guys show up to do the job. Very fast and knew what they were doing... Even had the owner show up to make sure I was happy. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new AC or for repairs...

LOVE'S the absolute best and they saved me $500!! Love's A/C & Heating of Clearwater, FL has recently been working in my Community in Palm Harbor. I got a business card that reads: FREE service call with this card.
When my thermostat went out and the the temperatures dropped into the 40's at night, even my space heaters left me uncomfortable and cold. I called Love's A/C & Heating and spoke to Rachel. She called David Milling right away and sent him over within 2 hours!. David first checked the thermostat, only to find that the batteries were bad. With 2 new batteries, the thermostat was fine but the heater was not. My unit is only 4 years old, and it turned out that the "Defrost Board" and electric heat strip had to be replaced. David asked me for the purchase receipt with the warranty, and I had it! The parts were warrantied for 10 years, so the replacement parts cost me nothing! That one question David asked me saved me $500 in parts. All I paid was Labor and tax. David's honesty, integrity and outstanding customer service represents the values that this company takes pride in delivering to its customers, and that is very rare these days! David went the extra mile to save me money, when other companies could and would have charged me for the parts and labor without bothering to even ask, much less use the warranty. Love's is not just an HVAC business, they are now a trusted friend, who I highly recommend. Thank you David, Rachel and Love's A/C & Heating! You're the BEST!

So far I've only scheduled my consult for tomorrow but my interaction with Brittany at the front desk was phenomenal ! She was so professional and kind and made the call enjoyable! I will update when the technician comes as to how that part was but so far so good !
