They came out to solve my heating issue from last week! They were really courteous and professional, and I was very pleased with the calibre of their job. I felt more at ease trusting them with my home because they even took the time to explain what they were going to do before they performed it. I've never been this pleased with a service before!

Made an appointment for 11:15 till 2:15 that’s why they were hired, a tech then texted me how about 2:45 till 3;45 I told him no I hired your company because I was available from 11:15 till 2:15 he told me they would be there at 1:45 or 2:00. At 2:15 I called, the answering service they answered and I requested a call from Richard who I originally booked my appointment well I am still waiting for him to return my call. Pitiful customer service and they want to sell you a total maintenance service!!!! Please

Winter Haven Heating & Air Conditioning are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They are proficient in identifying the problem and coming up with a solution. In the past I had multiple companies inspect my AC and not one identified the issue at hand. Winter Haven Heating & Air Conditioning identified the issue during the first visit and came up with a solution for our AC troubles. We have not had any issues since! In addition, they will not suggest services that aren’t necessary. I highly recommend.

I’m new to the area and needed additional cooling in an upstairs office. This guys suggested a mini-split system which has worked out great. I significantly acknowledge that on each interaction they showed up on time if not early. Other companies would not give an appointment less than five weeks! I could not be happier with their service!
