    We had been having issues with our AC unit multiple times due to installation issues and thanks to Jeremy and Billy we finally had the problems resolved. They treated us with a professional customer friendly attitude and Billy went above and beyond making sure we wouldn’t have the same problems again. Thank you so much

    I have used Tradition Air for over 22 years. I have my unit serviced twice a year every year. Today when I came home from work my home was 86 and the thermostat was set on 78. I immediately called Tradition and someone was out within 20 minutes. Matt noticed my air handler was working but the normal “hum” from the compressor was not being heard at my unit. He immediately knew what was wrong. Thank you Matt for your 20 years of experience and thank you Tradition Air for hiring the best of the best. I highly recommend Tradition Air and Matt.

    Our tech was Matt. From the minute he knocked on our door he was eager to get to work. He explained everything in simple layman terms. He was thorough and didn't cut corners, I could tell he was being very thorough with diagnostics and removing leaves, complete and thorough.     The absolute BEST CENTRAL A/C & HEAT PUMP COMPANY IN POLK COUNTY that I was lucky enough to find when I needed to replace my dead heat pump in the middle of July. First of all they showed up every time they were suppose to (this is a problem with several!), great prices, great warranties, accommodating special requests, reliable/affordable maintenance packages. But what was most appreciated was their thoughtfulness-- my a/c was out (did I mention it was the middle of July!!) and they delivered a portable a/c unit to my home prior to any money or even contract signing. Few companies still practice kindness without a fee. Just good people. It's so nice to deal with an honest company.
    I would highly recommend them.
    I found them randomly on google maps btw. They were centrally located and I wanted someone who could give me a quote ASAP and swing by quickly. Just got lucky .Good luck for a change. 😊

    Our AC unit stopped working yesterday, 9/15/2022 around noon, I called Traditions about 2:30, Traditions had a technician here by 5:00 diagnosed our problem. A technician was here with the new motor by 8:30 AM was finished and gone by 9:30. Great service with prompt professional service tech's.

    I hate taking the time to write reviews but today I’m happy to do so. Matt Lindbergh just now completed our annual service. We found Matt to be timely, knowledgeable and extremely professional.     Matt the best, he was amazing, in 5 min he found what is wrong on the AC, and fixed in 5 min. Basically in 10min my house is freezer. He is so nice, friendly and explain everything what he do. And of course he understands everything my husband said in Spanish. I like his. Hopefully if I need again sent back a Matt to my house.

    Tradition Central Air installed our system a few years ago and we are extremely happy with it. We had many companies come out to estimate the job but we were really impressed by the way that Adam from Tradition explained everything to us. There was no high pressure selling like we had from some other companies just an honest approach to what we could expect from them. We have the yearly maintenance inspection carried out and their technician Billy Douglas is great to deal with. He's friendly and helpful while still being a total professional. The office staff are also very helpful and are great to deal with when scheduling appointments. All in all a great company.

    Back in May of 2021 I used this company for an after hours call. While I do remember how nice the repair man was and how quickly he responded. As a server I pay with cash for a lot of things. I did that on this call. Now in December they are trying to bill me again. Please if you use them pay with a card and make sure you keep records they will try to double bill you.

    • They seem to have an ample workforce (especially during very hot weather when a lot of AC units act up). No "waiting a few days" when you have no AC and your indoor temperature is over 89 degrees.
