Met a young man name Merwin whom was very helpful in everything I ordered one part and bought another this young man is a plus to Grainger

Really unorganized and doesn't know if your package is there that you ordered and paid for a week in advance. Your best bet is to have it shipped to your home rather having it shipped to the store and they can't find your order and make you wait more days until they get everybody else orders out the way first.

Price was different than what was advertised.. by 50% so I ordered it on Amazon instead of giving them the business.

Stopped by today from out of town we are a major cellular companya had to pick up some equipment. Harold was very helpful and not pushy offered to let me walk around but also offered to assist right away as I walked in.customer service was definitely better at this location and a lot of others have been to.

Great service. For a small insignificant item, very cheap, the associate took the time to try and find it. They did not carry it, but, the service was stellar!

They are the greatest always have what you need. If not they'll have it for you the next day.
