    Brian, great great service and person!! A lot of suggestions very thorough.
    PS I reported incorrectly that I haven’t received a text prior to services. The name Cox through me off, as to the lumber store!! Totally my fault!!

    PATRICK’s service was particularly impressive!!! He was right on time, very professional and friendly. He had his mask on the whole time and did an amazing maintenance job on all the different components of our AC. He patiently answered all my questions in a respectful manner and appeared very knowledgeable and confident in his field. Everyone needs a company they can trust. I plan to continue with COX as my AC service company for as long as I am in the area. Hope to have Patrick back for our next 6 months maintenance.

    Angelica was extremely friendly and very responsive when calling into the office. I had to change my schedule on two different occasions. Both times I did call after hours and she returned my call within 20 minutes.

    Brian was my service technician. He was extremely professional, prompt and wore all of his PPE upon entering my home. Bryan did a very thorough check on my AC unit and even provided me with an estimated date that I should hear back from them.

    I highly recommend cost building services for any of your future needs.

    My air conditioner was making a hissing noise and was running constantly. Because I had a home warranty they sent out Cox building services for the diagnostics. When he was finished with his diagnostics he told me that I needed a new coil which would cost around $2000 and that I should consider getting a new air conditioner. This one was installed in 2015. It sounded like a scam to me. Today I had another service company come out and learned that my drain was plugged. This caused the system to continue to restart. He unplugged the drain. It cost me $50.

    Jimmy came to my home on Christmas eve. His customer service was amazing. I have two children and he was NOT going to let us be cold. He had our heat back up, and going in no time at all. I can't thank him or the folks at Cox enough. I will continue to use Cox, and will recommend them anytime to anyone in need of their services.

    We are very pleased with our installers, Jason and his coworker. They were courteous and professional and worked diligently with the HVAC installation. A week later, Jimmy did a follow up and he also was professional with good explanations of our new system. I would highly recommend Cox Building Services.

    We have used this company for the past few years as our maintenance on a/c and heating. Today we had a whole house bio and cleaning put onto the unit as we had mold in the ducts. We were not scammed because it’s the third visit someone has told us about it. We trust Suntino and his experience with units and professionalism when here. Highly recommend.

    I had a maintenance agreement for HVAC with this company. They just use the maintenance agreement to sell you more services. When my thermostat stopped working, and I had no air conditioning and it was 90 degree weather , I contacted them for emergency services. They took 2 days to schedule it. I specifically asked them to be sure they have a thermostat. The guy showed up and first thing he said was, “I don’t have a thermostat”. They said it would be another day for someone else to get a thermostat and install it. Oh, but I still owed them $54.95 for the service call. He never did anything except show up and say he didn’t have a thermostat. Then, I’m supposed to wait another day for another guy to show up and install the thermostat and that’s another service call. And they told me to get 2 surge protectors and the total was going to be over $500. My maintenance agreement gave me no benefits for scheduling or service. The company is just all about taking your money.

    We had the best experience with this company! The technician who arrived was SUNTINO. I have never experienced such great customer service and I could TEACH customer service. He was upbeat, positive and very professional. He explained everything he was doing in layman's terms and answered all of our questions with the same. He was on time (exactly) on each visit. We recommend this company to everyone, most especially because of the kind and professional services that we received from SUNTINO.
