Fair and honest veteran. He’s serviced our units 3 separate times and was very professional, responsive and went over the top explaining what happened and what we can do to prevent issues in the future. I’ve been passing along his name in our community but didn’t write a review until now. When it comes time to replace our ac’s he’ll be my first call!!

Integrity is the foundation of Lee Services. They have been a die hard company in resolving difficult issues we had where others had overcharged and failed. They are completely trustworthy and will work with you to meet your needs.

I originally contacted Lee Service to install a new system in 2020 as my existing units were 20 years old. They installed for a good price but the system has never worked correctly due to a leak and charging me for more refrigerant $$ dye packs $$ and running a whole new 70 foot new line set. $$$. They have been here 9 times over the last 2 years just filing the unit up and taking off without investigating the issue. I have been very patient with them. The last few months they have started to be unresponsive or not showing up and I called another company for a second opinion. It took them 5 minutes to find the leak (dye all over the coils) and suggested the original company should make this right since I have paid so much already.

Lee services was contacted and they claim that are coming today. I will update on whether this gets resolved. I hope so. Living in FL with new AC not working right for 2 years has been hell.

Service tech/owner arrived early which is on -time for us military minded people. Great customer service, attitude, and professionalism. Thoroughly explained how the gauges and system should work vs what it was doing. I highly recommend Lee Services .

So far the best experience that I ever had with Chris and his associates, for A/C service and Repairs. I have used Chris multiple times on my properties and he is very honest and dependable company. He has fixed A/C units that others could not and saved my tenants life in extreme heat being there on time. I appreciate his hard work and Honesty and give him 5 stars. He is best A/C guys in Tampa bay I have experienced. Keep up the good work.

First and foremost... Mr. Chris Lee, the owner, was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to help me replace my air conditioning unit and air handler despite having a useless home warranty policy with CHOICE. The only positive thing that came out of Choice was that they contract with LEE A/C & HEATING SERVICES.

The owner made the initial house call and diagnosed the issue. He was honest and knowledgeable and easily explained my options.... which was basically to replace the very old, outdated unit as my best option. He dealt with the warranty company that proved to be an absolute pain in the butt. He gave me a very fair price and a small discount for paying cash. His has an excellent fund of knowledge of all brand names.

His team was fantastic. They were efficient, trustworthy and hardworking. I was able to get the work done while I was at work! And the owner even checked in on the job to ease my worry, He has worked with his team for several years. They cleaned up afterwards and gave me a very good tutorial on my new thermostat.

I will be using him for all my future a/c and heating needs for both my units for my home despite canceling my CHOICE WARRANTY.

My air conditioning unit went down overnight. I called them in morning and they were very understanding. They had someone out within a couple of hours to get my a/c up and running again. The gentleman, Chris evaluated my unit and found the problem. He explained everything to me in detail in terms I understood. My family and I are so happy to have our ac running again. I highly recommend Lee Services because they are a professional and honest company!!

This was honestly some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! The gentleman that came to my house was the company's owner and he was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful! Provided me with some great DIY tips as to help maintain my system. Very respectful young man and he was a Military Veteran (as am I) so I appreciate that. Fantastic job! I recommend this organization to anyone needing HVAC service and/ or repairs.

Chris was exceptional! He checked that everything was working good. He also explained what he was doing and why. Chris gave me an honest recommendation, options, pros, and cons. His recommendation did not feel pushy, and I really appreciated that.

Chris was extremely accommodating to squeeze a service appointment into their busy day. They assessed that our AC was collecting water due to a clogged pipe. He cleaned out the pipe and also did a full test of the AC unit. Great job! Would highly recommend! Thank you!
