I didn’t use the business for the purpose intended which was to replace the AC unit but Jeffrey went out of his way, totally not what I’ve come to expect from someone just coming out to give me an estimate, and helped me with an issue.

There was a part that was missing, which I was going to fix with tape, the part fell into the air handler, Jeffrey went in and retrieved the part and reattached it, which looks much better than tape :), fixed the problem and now the AC does not have to be replaced (unless you know, you don’t).

He could’ve just given me the estimate and left but he came back with his tools and helped me out, I didn’t even ask him to. It’s so refreshing there are still wonderful people in the world and Jeffrey @AND is one of those people.

Yousf, I think that was his name, came and examined my pipes as they were backing up into the yard. He gave me all my options and was very professional. He took his time to explain everything to me. I was very pleased with his work. I would highly recommend him!

I chose And Services to inspect my AC problem and provide options for repair. They told me my ac unit was not worth fixing and gave me a quote of $26,000 to replace everything including my duct work and even my perfectly good vents.

The entire experience just felt like a 2 hour sales pitch and at the end of the day their quote was more than it cost to replace my roof.

The gentleman that came out were very nice but I would not recommend And Services if you are just looking for a quote to Repair your AC unit.

I spoke to Jonathan when I called the company. He was very professional, friendly and called multiple times to ensure that the services went well. He was very detailed and also took the time to explain the different services that their company offered to see which I was interested in.

Thank you everyone...Jonathan (who answered my after hours call for emergency HVAC service); David (the knowledgeable, professional technician who assessed our problem the very next morning) and Louis and Xavier (who installed a completely new HVAC system)!

This all happened in less than 72 hours. With the heat index being what it is, they understood the urgency, and the need for exceptional customer service!!!

My A/C wasn't working, I called at 7:40am and Samuel was here by 1:00pm. He got me temporarily running until the work could be scheduled/completed. Carlos followed up, diagnosed the issue, and returned to install the ordered part. Both were very courteous and professional.

I had a whole house re pipe done by AND back in April of 2022. Cost me $8,000. The re pipe went well with a few issues, like the guys that did the work, threw away some parts that I had just purchased and installed, without asking me, which cost me $80 and we had to be put up in a hotel, because they cut an a/c wire and we had no a/c. To this day, I still haven't been reimbursed for the parts. Once the re pipe was done, it took numerous calls and weeks went by before Paul Casano, got in touch with me to schedule a city inspection. The inspection failed and they had to come back out to fix the issues, which finally passed. Now after this, AND had agreed to have their drywall guy, Alex with MR. 24/7 to come out and repair all the cutouts that were made to do the re pipe, at their expense. This was wrote in the contract by John Ritchie. As of today, July 31, 2022, the drywall cutouts are still there. No repairs have been made by Alex. I have called more than a dozen times. Christina, the one in charge to schedule this finally called me to let me know that Alex would be in touch. After several days, Alex finally called me on a Friday and told me he would call me that following Sunday to schedule a date and time to come out. That was a week ago. I have called Alex at least 6 times, texted 3 times and emailed once. No response back as of today. It has been over a week since he has contacted me from the first call. Every time I call AND and speak to someone , they say they will send an email to the one in charge to give me a call and that's where the ball gets dropped. AND has been paid in full for their services, but all of my services have yet to be completed. I guess the only thing left to do is maybe hire an attorney or get a hold of "Better call Behnken" Think twice before giving AND a call for your repair needs. I wish I did.

AND did a great job installing new coils at a house we rent. Edgar and his team got in and diagnosed the problem, ordered the new part and had everything installed without a problem. Always very polite and professional. We have used them before in our home and will call them again.
The price for both jobs was very fair.

Was a very painless and fast process. Jonathon on the phone was lovely and David came to help me out today and he was absolutely wonderful! Helped me with all the issues I was having in a quick and efficient manner. Thank you so very much for all your help!
