And finally they meticulously cleaned up the site both days they were at the house. The total time to install a total brand new system from start to finish was an outstanding 10 hours total. If you use this company request these two professionals. This company was quick in response.

This has been one of the most helping, understanding team of professionals I have ever worked with. I thought it was just a small leak come to find out it was so much more! When Mike Howard Came out to our home to give us an estimate on the cost to fix the leak. I never thought the situation was as dire as it really was! On top of all this our financial burden was great! My mother had just survived a life threatening case of sepsis and wasn’t able to pay any of her bills since she almost dead in the hospital. So I was really worried that we wouldn’t be able to afford the much needed plumbing work since now neither her or I had good credit! But Mike kept a positive attitude and said let me see what i can do for you. To our surprise not only did he get us financed but also was able to give us all the necessary up grades and new fixtures and it was all up to code plus a 25 year warranty! Without Mike I doubt this could have happened. When the tech team showed up a few days later that too was a blessing! These guys worked hard and through the entire job and they also made sure i was well educated as to what and how and why they were doing these procedures to my home!! And their professional approach and their uncanny need to help someone that truely needs. Some how Mike worked his magic and was able to bless me and my home with a new kitchen sink without breaking the original deal!!! Thank you And Services for going above and beyond what was necessary to make sure good people in a tight situation were able to recoup fully after such an unexpected financial hit. If anyone deserves an all around praise for an entire job done perfectly from start to finish!!!

The service was great. The plumbers were very professional, courteous and efficient. The initial meeting and check came at no cost and gave me a quote before proceeding with the job . Alex was fantastic and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He also was patient and thorough in explaining why my AC condensor wasn't blowing cold air, showed how he could tell (multimeter reading), and possible concerns in the future. He recommended a system replacement as expected but didn't come across as trying to sell me or connive some BS reason why it needed to be done.

Stacey was awesome! Our A/C stopped working in the hottest month and he came right away (even when other companies wouldn’t)! He explained what was wrong, quickly fixed it, and gave future options for keeping our unit clean. Great experience and company!

Yulyo was very professional, he took his time to explain what was going on, how to temporarily fix it as well as a more permanent solution. He was through and explained the pros (the benefits of the upgrades) and cons (price vs affordability) of each item was describing. The company was very quick to come out (same day and next day service). Overall, very impressed and would highly recommend to all.

Alex Kut was very professional came out fixed our problem it was a capacitor problem looked at the AC within minutes he knew what it was went to his vehicle got the part put it in we have been out of AC for yesterday and today until he came he just left we recommend you to get a hold of and services and ask for Alex because he is one of the best and professional people I have met yet can't say nothing bad about these people if I could give him a 10-star review I would but unfortunately I could only give him five will recommend him and this service to anyone that has AC problems and by the way they are a plumbing and electrical company as well so you got three in one Services all in one spot. I called AND Services yesterday to request a quote on some electrical work at my property. Jonathan, the representative who took my call, was friendly and knowledgeable, and had a technician to my house within a couple of hours! The technician, Sam, was also wonderful to deal with - and he provided the quote for free! I'm very pleased with AND so far, especially considering another big name company in the area told me they couldn't get someone to my house to do a simple quote for two months. I'm getting things in order with Duke Energy now and then will call AND to get the job done :)
