These guys from the beginning exhibited the highest level of professionalism and skill and diagnosed the problem. Adam and Ryan both went above and beyond to keep us safe and happy. Duke energy was poorly represented and it was their issue all along. Please never hesitate to use AND SERVICES, They were extremely helpful and correct in their assessments from day one. The HIGHEST praise for this company and all of their employees who helped us immensely.

I have had problems since system was installed. Found out by inspection that they did not finish the job, and told me it was my problem. I paid 12,000 for system, and they didn't even install new ducts, and vents. The system is also rusting due to condensation and water. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY,... COULD HAVE HAD A BETTER SYSTEM INSTALLED FOR HALF THE PRICE. Plus, have not even put me on a service schedule. Warranty department is useless.

My toilet in the hallway kept backing up. Saw an ad for a&d, they had a plumber here within 4 hours. Terry was my plumber very professional, explained a lot to me. He is very knowledgeable would definitely hire a&d and only ask for Terry, as I was very comfortable with him. He sneaked out my toilet and there was a wire in there that was creating the blockage. One of those wires from hanging a toilet cleaning product. Very satisfied with AND.

Michael was very informative and was able to show how much we will actually save. Also I was already aware that a ground bank costs more but he did not laugh at me for not putting it on my roof. 4 other companies have.

The guys did a fantastic job they were here one time I was so excited what a beautiful job they did. They’re very much gentleman very respectful. I loved all that was done and I’m so happy you were able to get me in, so I didn’t have to worry about any more electricity problems I hope ever again thank you so much again you guys keep up the good work and you’re never one in my book, Walter and Arber are the bomb that’s all I can tell you they do a great job they were very clear I was very pleased with the work they show me what they did the number and everything and they show me the panel afterword and it is absolutely beautiful so I couldn’t had a better bunch of guys to come over and do the work.

The installation Crew and inspector I dealt with were very straight forward and extremely helpful. They came to fix a botched installation and they fixed it at no cost. I am very grateful to the employees that worked on my unit.

Shortly after moving into a new residence, I began experiencing sewer backups into my shower and tub. Not being familiar with my new surroundings, I did some research as to possible plumbing prospects and found many positive experiences about And Services. So gave them a call and could not be happier with that decision thanks to their professional more than capable staff. There were many old/damaged underground pipelines in need of replacement which they showed me with their state of the art detection equipment. And Services walked me through every step of the way to ensure I understood what needed to be done and how they would resolve the issues. Though they performed major plumbing repairs on my sewer system, their caring assurances and more importantly talented team handled the repairs in a precise and timely manner. The sewer lines have flowed flawlessly since and I could not be a happier customer, and for sure should future repair issues arise there’s only one repair source for me - And Services!

Samuel and Jeff were very pleasant to work with. Jeff diagnosed the issue and Samuel was the repair tech.
Samuel was great, took his time and made sure everything was fixed correctly. He even called Jeff to ask a couple questions .Will always request Jeff and Samuel.

Victor and Kevin was great! Not only did they resolve our problem, they took the time to educate me on my system and how to maintain it. I appreciate their patience and expertise. Thank you again Victor and Kevin!
