Would give 0 stars but google won’t let u. Bought ac system a year ago from their salesman. The install failed inspection twice due to wiring issues. Now a year later having issues with unit, called to get service. Now after three separate technicians have come out (taken multiple days off to be here while tech are here, sometimes they show sometimes they don’t). Problem still not fixed after 2 weeks. Excuse after excuse. Real lack of urgency/empathy. Apparently they only have two “senior” techs that can call the manufacturer of the unit to advise them on how to get the unit working. Thousands of dollars spent on a brand new ac per their salesman recommendation and now two weeks with no ac.

I had a clog deep in my kitchen sink. Called them to come out and they said that they could fix it for 2500. My brother is disabled and standing there on oxygen 24/7 and they told him. But today I'll give you a deal for $1,000. They kept alternating the price. And we told them no that we are not going to do that because they were so unprofessional to give us a price like that just to unclog a kitchen sink. Then when they left my daughter and disabled brother unclogged it in about 15 minutes. So that is totally somebody trying to rip you off. I would never use the service again

Both installers were pleasant and professional. They worked well together, efficiently setting up full new a/c system. They cleaned up after finishing and gave tips for maintenance of new system. Very good experience.

Quoc Ngo was on time and explained all the issues and solution options in a way I could understand. He was personable and was not pushy about me using his company’s services. He was also able to get financing set up for all the work that my home needed. I agreed to use their services, but that has not yet taken place.

Henrique attempted to coach me through the process over the phone. However I was unable to unclog the drain before he arrived. A few tricks and 20 minutes later it was cleared and he gave advice to keep it clear. Well mannered and very professional

I requested a quote for blown in insulation and recommendation for an attic fan. Jeff responded within an hour and after looking in my attic he stated I did not require any more insulation and after consulting an electrician noted an attic fan was not required either. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism shown to me today. I will definitely call AND services for future home repairs.

Michael was my tech that arrived a few hours after calling for assistance with the AC not blowing cool air but warm air along with 81 degrees in the home.
Michael explained the issue with my AC, I was given different options to choose from to fix my concerns.
I knew clearly that replacing the AC was the best benefit for me.
So many questions I had and Michael was patient who gave explanations and understanding of the new AC that will be installed.
Michael is very educated and knowledgeable information with AND services.

Service was scheduled at my 91-yr old mother's place (who is currently in a rehab facility) for Tuesday and Wednesday (3/21-22). No shows both days. At my brother's insistence Wednesday afternoon a supervisor came to assess. He demanded payment in full before he would proceed. Finally, Friday two very courteous techs came around 10:30 a.m. The techs seemed competent and the work was done by 6 p.m., after several delays to go shopping for correct materials to replace the incorrect ones they had brought with them. The job was way overpriced, even with a small concession to replace an outdoor faucet valve for "free." My brother, who came from two hours away, had to spend two nights in a hotel while waiting for techs to show. AND Services in Fort Walton Beach installed and maintain our HVAC up in the Panhandle. That's why I recommended the company to my Mom. I couldn't be more disappointed in the lack of professionalism shown by this Tampa management.

I'm totally impressed with the service that I received from And Services. From the initial phone call, the subsequent phone calls and follow up phone calls, the staff were so professional, personable, polite and respectful. I had backed up water in both of my bathrooms and was unable to use these facilities. Then came the technician Zachary to the rescue. What a blessing he was!! He resolved the problem in such a short period of time and when I received the final cost, I was almost in disbelief that it was less than $100. Other companies started @ $275 or $300. I would definitely use And Services for ALL & ANY other plumbing problems or other services that they provide. AND, I will be telling my family and friends about the superior service that I received and would suggest they use this company as well. My experience was outstanding. To And Services, keep up the great customer service and you'll be in business for years to come.
