Terry Hodgson was very professional and diligent in getting my requested service completed. He gave many options to choose from and applied prices associated to each. Following his honest opinion, the job was completed in a timely manner and advice was given on all others plumbing issues which might arise later. I will definitely recommend this company and will them back to replaced some fixtures on the toilet. I forgot to ask for an estimate for that one
Update: As of 1/19/22 the issues with the work at my parents home were corrected. AND Services also issued a partial refund for the service failure, which was unexpected but appreciated.
11/29/21 - I am simply disgusted with the way And Services has treated my parents. They are senior citizens and honorably served this country as members of the Armed Forces. They were quoted $7K to repipe the plumbing in the house. The Salesperson, John, who came out to quote the job never left instructions on how to prepare for the service crew. Instead, we made sure every cabinet with plumbing was emptied. Apparently, the service crew was unaware that no instructions were left. This set the tone for the entire job. The rude conversation and behavior from the contractors in my parent’s home was appalling, and the contractors caused unnecessary damage to the property for the rest of the 3 days they were here. The crew ripped, pulled, and literally dumped; medicine cabinets, shower tile, bedroom closets, and other places where there were no pipes and no services completed. Huge holes were left in the walls all around the house (see pics- unbelievable). The salesperson also said that once the work was inspected by the county the drywall repairs/patches would be completed within 2 or 3 days from the inspection. It's been substantially longer than that... There was management intervention for a proposed (unacceptable) external plastic tubing from the main water supply to the attic (it appeared as fragile as a garden hose and homemade). The crew seemed to respond to management (who had JFK embroidered on his shirt- otherwise no name, no card). For this reason, my parents felt comfortable paying the remainder of the balance prior to the crew returning for the cleanup job. The problem is, they have not returned and have not been willing to make an appointment. This morning, they advised my parents 'maybe next Tuesday' when asked when cleanup services and drywall repair would be completed. This experience makes it difficult to trust even the reputable businesses with payment prior to the work and clean-up.
There are random holes in the ceiling, damage from them stepping through the ceiling from the attic, uncapped pipes coming in from the ceiling, pipes that are capped but not flush against the wall. We still have holes in the walls and NO appointment confirmation for a drywall patch/repair. See for yourself. Review the pictures of the 'finished work' to get a sense of why this experience has my parents and their entire family frustrated and disappointed. I am astonished that any company would treat any customer’s property this way, much less Senior military veterans. I’m also disappointed in the lack of professionalism we’ve experienced on an organizational level when we tried to resolve the issues we had with the contractors. Every part of this experience lacked professionalism and kooth Most of all, we want to make sure others do not share this experience. Especially our community seniors. We will take to social media and share by word of mouth, the problems experienced as well as the resolution.
Work almost got done, they are the worst (make more work for other trades). Their incompetence and lethargy are only out done by their condescending approach to issues when coordination and cooperation are needed. Working with this team was about like pulling out your own teeth, one-at-a-time!
The house had a slab leak in a couple areas. The service techs that came out were excellent. They were upfront and told us everything in detail what needed to be done for the house repipe and explained issues to us that came about during the installation. They were very friendly and honest even when the job would have a snag due to the build of the house, very professional. A whole house repipe is not easy work, that's a given, but their workmanship is outstanding.
Too bad Google doesn’t give out 0 stars because that’s exactly what these guys deserve. They came to my house to take a look at my AC. The tech showed up on time and looked at the unit only to tell me that he couldn’t do nothing to it and that it needed to be replaced. Ok, when I asked for an estimate for a replacement they gave me one which was astronomical, not only that but the tech ended up being so pushy about getting the business that he didn’t realized we were on to him already. Needless to say we ended up getting more estimates and found out the guys at A N D Services were going to charge us double what the job was actually worth. RIDICULOUS. People, get plenty of estimates and don’t let a nice talking individual lure you into spending extra thousands of dollars you shouldn’t have to. Beware of dishonest companies like this one. Spend the time and do your homework before going forward with your AC or heating project. Stay away from this company. You’ve been warned.
Victor came out and serviced our unit same day. He was a very nice guy and diagnosed the problem immediately. He took care of us and signed us up for future services. Would highly recommend.
This company sent out two different techs. The first the tech said he doesn't work on units only emergency. The other tech came our Joseph who was very nice and helpful. 5/1/23 I called back my house was 89 degrees. Joseph found the leak in the unit. He called his supervisor Edgar. Edgar refused to talk to me and gave him two quotes for $1400 and ,$950. Then Edgar hung up the phone on the tech. Per Edgar he off the clock. Bad customer service.
Pat is hands down the absolute best guy for whatever job you need. We recently ran into some major trouble with our septic, problems just kept piling up. Pat came in, checked everything out, got us our quote and set us up for next day repairs at the drop of a hat. His commitment to honesty and his integrity was undeniable and he did everything he could to make sure, despite our aggravation with our situation, that we were taken care of. Seriously cannot thank you enough, Pat. Thank you a million times over and if you’re struggling to find help for your repairs; stop looking, get ahold of And Services and ask them to send Pat to help you out.
Jonathan was extremely professional and courteous, and had a technician out to me quickly to diagnose my issue. Jonathan perform expert level customer service and so did my technician QUOC.Would recommend if looking for fast professional service.
