A Bear A/C Company

This is one of the best a/c companies around. It pains me to hear they will be partnering with another a/c company because this was one of the best, hand down, in the area. George is a very nice person, and the entire staff is very professional. I have been quoted outrageous prices as scams to get new air conditioners when ours is fine. A Bear took the time to dissect the problem and find other solutions to help mediate the problem in a more cost-effective manner. My experience with other hvac and a/c companies has been less favorable so I will be sad in the new transition to have to look elsewhere. I highly recommend anyone thinking of pursuing this company on a commercial level (since they will be continuing with that focus). Thanks for all you do, and I will miss your services!

The air wasn't working in my office building and Walter came out right away. He was very knowledgeable and knew right away what the problem was. It was an electrical issue with Duke Energy. He waited until Duke Energy came out and fixed the issue. He then made sure the AC units came back on and were working properly. He was very nice, professional and easy to work with. He got us cooled off as quick as he could. Thank you Walter!

I've had excellent experience with them, a very well run company

Called in to fix the heating. Fixed it, & left our unit unable to do anything but blow heat (including not being able to turn it off)

Took care of it right away. As if it was their office.
