We recently had our system replaced. The team from Barineau was efficient, polite and cleaned up after themselves. They took the time to explain how the system works and even helped set up the thermostat and internet connection. I would highly recommend Barineau to anyone looking to upgrade their HVAC system.

Our AC went out on a Thursday night. We called Friday morning and had a tech at our house by 4pm. He tried to fill the unit with freon but was unsuccessful. The parts shop was closed already so there was nothing they could do until Monday. They brought us 2 portable AC units to use for the weekend, at no extra charge. The returned Monday, fixed the unit and it's been working great since.

Wish we would have gotten a magnet or something with their number on it but if needed, we will always Google "barineau". Thanks again to the whole team! And shout out to the parts guy who brought the portable AC units and had to make about 5 trips back and forth!!

Arrived on time, presented the options and provided honest guidance on current state of HVAC and explained the process and timing with the new HVAC. Installers were professional and I feel they went above and beyond with their work to make sure I was going to be very happy with my decision.

We had an AC go bad on a Friday night, called immediately but there was nothing available until Monday which was understandable. We scheduled that appointment and we’re prepared to have a warm weekend. We then got a phone call saying there has been a cancellation and they could come out on Saturday (we had not been asked to be put on a cancellation list) Dustin came out and quickly diagnosed and fixed our issue. We could not be happier, we are customers for life!

Their technician's are very knowledgeable and fixed the problem in just a few minutes. I called and they visited on the same day! We were concerned about where we'd stay that night because of the temperature in the house.

Excellent experience from installation of AC and new duct work to regular maintenance every six months. My daughter also used Barineau for her new AC and new ductwork. She also was extremely pleased with the service and work.

Everyone was wonderful. The technicians were so polite and helpful. The business has great financing options. They handled permitting the system so it stands solid under warranty. Could not have been a better experience

Barineau HVAC is a great company! Everyone from the team answering the phone and scheduling the appointments to the service techs are nice, knowledgeable and professional. I am usually assigned the same service tech, Jamie, for my regular HVAC inspections and maintenance which is great because he has a running history of the unit and knows it well. He is always willing to answer my questions and provides advice on how to improve the performance on the system! Very valuable!!

Tyler was a pleasure to work with, he was polite, professional, knowledgeable and very friendly, a great representative for the company. I highly recommend Barineau and 5 stars for Mr. Payne.
