Outstanding service from start to finish. 1st time customer and will be using Barineau from now on. Gave our prior HVAC repair service business 20+ years of business. That ended yesterday after their technition did NOT do the repair, but instead claimed unit running fine and to just flip the unit heat switch on and off at base of unit every time I needed heat. No. That's what the thermostat is for. Has the A/C and Heat on and off control right on the base. But, I'm not a HVAC professional and that is why I gave the work to my old co 1st. Well, after paying an $80 service charge to them yesterday and my unit still not fixed, I decided to call Barineau. And, let me tell you, I wished I had called them 1st! From the 1st person I spoke with to the wonderful technition William they sent, everthing was super professional. William was amazing and took the time to patiently answer each of my questions as well as being diligent about getting my unit repaired and in working order again. Very satisfied with the entire experience. Thank you for a job well done.

I highly recommend Barineau Heating and Air Conditioning. Garrett Brown came out to my home to repair my unit he was very professional and advised me on what we’re the issues with my unit. He explained to me everything he was doing, Garrett is a great asset to the company!

I’m not a customer but if I ever need service this will be the company I call. I’m a mail carrier and one of the technicians was outside and I asked him if I could fill up my water bottle as I had run out of water and he gave me two ice cold bottles of water. That kindness really made my day and helped me feel a lot better. I didn’t get his name but I am very grateful.

I had to have my thermostat replaced and the technician completed the replacement in a timely manner but had an issue with the configuration of the low speed fan setup. They sent a second technician that was able to make the necessary software changes and all is working as designed. I was not charged for the second visit and I am very happy with the quality and professional service from Barineau Heating and Air Conditioning.

We couldn't be happier with the guys from Barineau always professional and courteous. They cleaned up before they left for the day and took all of the trash with them. They took time to explain what they were doing and why. They were constantly working I'm not sure if they took a break in the 3 days they were with us. I recommend them to everyone who needs their services.

The young man who came to service our system was professional and courteous. He explained what he was doing and what he found. He serviced our system and made a minor repair in a timely manner. I've been completely pleased since the day they in stalled my system.

We came home one evening to find the AC not working; we called Barineau and within a few hours the most pleasant and kind technician was at our house giving us competitive quotes and fixed our AC in a flash! They are always so nice when you call them. You won't regret going with Barineau!

*Update - we most recently had Barineau remove our old HVAC system (everything - ducts, vents, unit, you name it!), and then design and install and brand new system. These guys were so professional, kept things very clean, were so kind to answer all my questions when I was curious what they were doing, and showed me everything when they were done! 10/10 would recommend them to ANYONE who has an AC unit!

They were able to send someone the same day. (Holiday week end) Fixed the problem and discussed the possibility of a failure in a 23 year old system. Working great for now but gave us lots to consider.
