I returned from put of town to my AC unit not working, my smart thermostat would not even come on. The system was brand new and under warranty so I called Barineau and they sent Service Manager Kyle Peter's out. Kyle was very informative, and detailed in his work. Very professional, kind, and took the time to explain things to me. Any questions I had he made sure to explain in detail. It didn't feel like I was just another number. Kyle was super sweet to my 3 year old who seemed to want to learn all he could about HVAC, and even gave Kyle a hug and a thank you at the end. I would definitely recommend this company, and will definitely be purchasing a service plan to continue routine maintenance of my unit.

We had to call to get our AC looked at since it was freezing up. We called and not even 2 hours later Garrett Brown was here to fix the issues ( clean the coils, add freeon) and was very informative about the process and necessary steps that we should be taking next since we do have a slow leak. He was very respectful and friendly to not only us but our Children and did a great job. We are one happy and COOL family. I would 100% recommend them to someone else.

The process was flawless from start to finish. From the initial phone call to discuss our needs, to the actual install and then the final inspection - Barineau did not skip a beat! They were communicative through out the entire process and the text message reminders showed a photo of who to expect at our home. That is a great feature. I had a great experience with Barineau Heating And Air Conditioning. My AC stopped working suddenly in the middle of the week when it was 91F outside. So I started to call a few companies, & the first one that came to me diagnosed a broken blower motor. They told me that I have a rare smart model of AC & that there was nowhere to find it at the moment around Tallahassee, closest one was in Jacksonville & it would take days to get it shipped. Anyway, so I called Barineau Inc & William came to my house. He was SO GREAT. He took the time to explain me things (I ask a lot lol I like to understand things) & he explained me every step he was taking, going over all the details & oh surprise... they had several blower motor just like mine because it is a common smart model actually. So I got my AC back the same day. The total price I paid was $1400, it included everything, the diagnostic, the motor, & even an assessment of everything else: pipes (with cleanup), outside unit, & a few others standard checkups. So, I highly recommend the service, THANK YOU!

Barineau Heating and Air is very professional and responsive. The phone has been answered quickly the 3 times I called. They were precise in setting the appointment (to find and fix the problem of no cool air) and the technician not only was on time, but early!

His name is Gio Soto and he's the kind of person I'd hire as an employee - professional, courteous, knowledgeable, experienced, easy to talk to and was very good at showing us what he needed to do. He explained everything as he went and had our issue fixed quickly. He even made sure the air filter was put in correctly when he saw I hadn't been able to do it on my own (it's on the ceiling).

We will definitely be calling on Barineau for our next check-up!

Since this was not an emergency there was no need for immediate attention (AC drain lines needed cleaning). Regardless we received prompt attention and the problem was cleared within an hour of the technician's arrival. We have used Barineau for several years and will continue to use their services into the future.
