Barineau’s Heating and Air Conditioning did a great job. Mike was courteous and very mindful of keeping our house clean. We called them one day and he was out the next day. The price was very reasonable. We would recommend them to everyone.

The Barineau team came to our rescue when we needed it the most. When our 30 year old A/C unit went down and I was away from home and needed help, the Barineau team was there to help my family. They provided the best solution for our situation even the emergency a/c needed for my wife and daughter. I could not be more appreciative of their responsiveness, team work, and help in providing the solutions we needed.

When our twenty five year old system needed to be replaced, we got estimates from several local companies and Barineau was by far the best option when it came to price and products.

The financing application and installation process was simple. The installation team was very courteous and professional. We’re very happy with our new A/C and are grateful they made the process so easy.

This is a great company. They are honest and quality of work is awesome. I have had other ac companies and have been disappointed. I feel very good with Barineau and will keep using them.

As always, break downs seem to only occur on the weekends or at night. Never a worry with Barineau Heating. Received a prompt call back. Technician was also prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. He communicated well by keeping me informed throughout the repair process, as well as made
maintenance recommendations. Repair cost was not bad either.

I contacted Barineau to see if they would be able to help take the bathroom vents in our home from venting into the attic to venting on the outside of the house. I also had them take a look at our dryer vent and make sure all was good there. Bob came out to the house two days after I inquired and took a look around. He was professional and thorough with his inspection. He sent over a couple of quotes for the proposed work and within two weeks of initial contact they had workers over making magic happen. Bob had spoke with a contractor to double check the proposed project and they actually didn’t have to cut through the sheet rock as originally planned. The entire process from start to finish was a breeze. Everyone was professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Barineau.

I've been a customer of Barineau for as long as I've owned a home in Tallahassee. Every technician that comes into my home has been professional and committed to keeping my old system running as long as possible. When it's time for me or someone else to purchase a new unit, I do not hesitate to recommend them. It's extremely refreshing to see a company thrive and not lose sight of their customer service and integrity.

The sales rep Rob took the time to walk me through the process and answer all questions. He followed up with me multiple times through the process. The install team was professional, kept a clean workspace, and made the experience painless. Barineau wasn't the cheap option, but the extra money was well worth the service they provide.

Thank you Tyler Payne for your excellent explanations of the service and estimates of what you could ( and did) provide us. He was very thorough. And also thanks to Mckenon Hodge and his team who installed our system in one day. They were great and removed all of the old system and asked questions as needed. How great was it to get a text when they were on their way along with a photo of these men about to visit our house!

You will not be sorry to use Barineau Heat and Air for new systems or repairs. Give these guys a raise or bonus Mr. Barineau!!
