We have used Barineau’s since moving into our current home 5 years ago. From A/C maintenance to air duct cleaning, they provide excellent service, profession staff, and reasonable prices. Recently, we purchased a new A/C system from them since it was clear our old system was on its way out. Before the new system arrived, we had a series of failures of the old A/C which Barineau serviced for no charge. When the new system finally arrived, they installed it on a day the outside temp was over 100 degrees and even brought in an additional crew when needed. They provided us temporary room A/C to keep us cool during the install. . New system works great. Barineau is truly a pleasure to work with. We are very satisfied customers…

We called Barineau to get a second opinion and we are so grateful we did. Originally we called a competitor who replaced several parts (cost ~$1500-3500) and ultimately suggested an entire new AC system ($10k and up). After spending 5 days with no AC, we were at our wits end and were not ready to fully replace an AC system that is approximately 7 year old. The Barineau technician came out on short notice, quickly isolated the issue, and repaired the AC for ~$300 and had the cold air back on in an hour. He was kind, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. We'll be using Barineau for all our AC needs from here on out.

We're having difficult issues to diagnose but the technicians were able find the issue and order the faulty part .

Dustin was the employee who came to repair my AC. He was very professional and courteous. He explained to me in detail the problem with the AC. He stayed late 8:45pm working in the rain to repair my AC and stayed until he was sure it was working properly. The came the same day I called for service. I can’t say enough great things about Barineau’s Heating and Air Conditioning. I will never use anyone else to service my AC/Heating system. Dustin was top notch so courteous and very professional. Although he was at my home until 8:45 on he took his time explaining the problem to me in detail.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Barineau. They went above and beyond to help resolve some complicated HVAC and humidity issues that I discovered after buying an old house. They installed mini-splits and acted as contractors to help me fix a number of other problems with my house all at once. I'm so grateful to Bob, Kyle, Tyler, and many others who spent so much time coming up with solutions to seemingly impossible problems, listening to my concerns, offering advice, and making sure I was happy with the results. They were prompt, responsive, friendly, professional, and thorough. I'm truly blown away by their level of customer service.

We had an estimate. Once the job was complete, they informed me that they didn’t use all of the material that was used to make the estimate. The invoice to pay was lower than the estimate due to them taking off the cost of that material. They could not have told me and I wouldn’t have been the wiser. They told me. This is a local Tallahassee company who shows they care about their customers by their actions. Anyone can say they have great customer service. Barineau practices it.

Barineau Heating And Air was fast to get a crew lined up from proposal to install, had fair and good prices, accommodated my attic air conditioner replacement which was not a regularly stocked item and still found it fast. From start to finish, they were professional and great at communicating each step of the process including the inspection by the City.

I recently needed HVAC repair service. Barineau's technicians answered my after-hours call promptly and courteously. They determined the cause of my unit not performing properly and advised a part would have to be ordered. It was ordered promptly and within a few days it had arrived, and they returned to install it. The work was completed quickly. Barineau's staff are always very professional and concerned about the customer's welfare and comfort. I highly recommend utilizing their services.
