Barineau took care of a heater in a rental unit while I was out of town. Rachael in the office coordinated the service call and repair with little effort on my part. Garrett, the service tech, completed the repair at our conveninece. The bill for the repair was quite reasonable. I highly reccommend Barineau Heating and Air Conditioning!

I really didn't think we would be able to afford their services, I've always been told Barineau heating and air was very expensive. None of that is true. Very professional, knowledgeable, timely and let you know what is causing the problem immediately. Service contract was a plus for us and 24 hour service. Very glad we called for their service. Thank you Barineau heating and air conditioning, you just pulled in two lifetime customers, my husband is very particular and obsessed with doing a job right the first time, and he was very impressed. I can go on and on, but give them a try you will not be disappointed. We called barineau heating and air 6/23 after hours, the system stop working, luckily because they had installed a shout off switch on the drain pan. Someone was out within a few hours, Before 10 pm, as promised. It was a hot night, we didn't want our teanants suffering. Most importantly the repair man, called to let me know all the findings, all he repaired, the total cost and what needed to be done to prevent this in the future. E-mailed an itemization of the bill. Called me too confirm type of payment, took my payment over the phone used my barineau bucks (after conformation from the head office). I appreciate all of that. I was at work and couldn't leave, it's reassuring trusting someone to do the best thing for you and you're not there these days. I refer anyone with A/C problems big or small to Barineau heating and air. TRUSTWORTHY. FAIR PRICE, PROFESSIONAL. RESPECTFUL AND KNOW THRIR TRADE. I have been using them they past 5 years or so. Update:. BARINEAU HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING came to my property during a rainstorm ( the unit had shut down again due to high temperatures/condensation, etc). Once again, the BARINEAU professional ( this time, Medfford), was just SO professional and thorough. He explained what was occuring and just went above and beyond. BARINEAU HEATING AND AIR office staff were, as usual, so cordial and accommodating. I would not use any other service. This type of service and expertise just can't be beat. BARINEAU HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING did a FANTASTIC job for me! My property's HVAC had been malfunctioning (and finally quit altogether) since a power outage occurred during a roofing.

First, many thanks to the office staff who scheduled and rescheduled me with such courtesy, due to my availability. And the service professionals ( two, who came out on separate occasions--- sorry, I cannot recall their names)-- were cordial, knowledgeable, and true professionals. WHAT A GREAT COMPANY!

I called Barineau to provide an estimate for a new A/C system due to an issue with my current system a few weeks ago. Kyle came out and started talking to me about our needs and noticed scorch marks above our thermostat and inquired about what happened. I shared what occurred as well as what our current service provider said. He told me that things didn't appear to be related and offered to provide a diagnostic service for a nominal fee (under $100). After spending 10-15 minutes looking at my current system, he indicated that the wires on the outdoor unit were not connected properly and this would have caused the issue. He provided a detailed report and suggested that I follow up with our current service provider to report the issues he found. The service manager for our current provider came out and confirmed Kyle's finding and indicated that his staff had improperly completed the work and had failed to miss an obvious issue. Consequently, they repaired the unit for no additional charge.

Kyle is an excellent representative for your company due to his honesty and expertise, you have earned my business and someone else's too.

Our HVAC recently died and given the price of repair on a 12 year old system, we opted to just replace the whole thing. After calling around Barineau was the only place that offered a loaner system until the new system came in. They were able to get the loaner in that day and we had AC for the whole wait until the new one came. On the scheduled date they came out, ripped out the whole old system and took their loaner back, and installed the new system. By the end of the day they were finished. Also, they give a discount on cash payment. So: loaner system to keep you comfortable, cash discount, punctual. I can't recommend them enough.

William came out and was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed a issue and left our family Cool after 6days of heat.

I'm not sure if I've been living under a rock but I couldn't believe how LAST MINUTE/LATE they took my service call!! I was sure I'd be spending a night in the heat. I called after getting home late from work and realizing my AC was blowing hot air. The guys came out and quickly repaired the part. They were friendly, quick, and convenient. Whew!!! Thank you!!
